Climate-smart little cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (Separett). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-fired stove as well as fridge. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the bare sky. The cabin is provided with solar cells that provide limited but enough electricity e.g. refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/disabled due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

On the east coast of Öland, you will find the charming village of Runsten. Stay in a cozy farmhouse where there is space for the big family. On the backside of the house there is a private secluded place for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to Färjestaden and 30 km to Borgholm. We live about 4 km from Bjärbybadet a nice and popular sandy beach. There are also many other beaches in the near. Welcome to Öland! One double bed and two rooms with single beds. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende som ligger i mitten av Öland,perfekt plats att utgå ifrån om man vill utforska hela ön. 1,5 km till närmsta badplats som är Prästviksbadet Lökenäs,badplatsen har gratis parkering och toaletter. 7 km till Ölands djur & nöjespark. Ifrån Juni till September så har ni tillgång till ladan som ligger på tomten där det finns airhockey,pingis,dart & biljardbord för dom regniga eller sena spelkvällarna. Det finns även sällskapsspel & utomhusspel.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Fresh and newly renovated cottage in idyllic island nook, a very quiet and child-friendly area 2.5 km from the beaches and entertainment in Köpingsvik, 7 km to Borgholm. The cottage is located along the old railway which is part of the island trail ( nice footpath and bike path ). Air conditioning at an additional cost 50:- per day 1500 sqm plot with swings trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Found Wifi

Fågelskådaren paradis med havet som fond! En dröm för naturälskare som söker lugn och fria vyer utan Wi-Fi eller TV. Lantligt och gammaldags inredd stuga, alldeles vid kusten på en egen äng. Huset har ett enkelt kök, utedass och vatten pumpar du upp i brunnen på gården (testad och godkänd vattenkvalitet). Dina enda grannar är korna som betar runt huset och några får. Huset har 12v el så det går att ladda digital utrustning men inte köra tex hårtork eller microvågsugn.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.
