Donald made our entire stay effortless from start to finish. His communication was warm, prompt, and crystal-clear; every question we had was already anticipated in his thorough welcome guide. Check-in felt like walking into a friend’s home.. you follow the simple instructions and you’re instantly settled, no fussing with hidden keys or cryptic lockbox codes. The house itself is a gem. Perched right on the beach, it’s that rare mix of stylish comfort and laid-back charm. Wide windows frame an ever-changing ocean view, and the soothing sound of waves rolls in all day long. From early-morning coffee on the deck to sunset strolls along the shore, every moment felt idyllic. We left refreshed, grateful, and already plotting a return visit. James’s home is one of the nicest Air B’nBs I’ve ever rented. Everything was immaculately clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and James was easy to communicate with. The kitchen has everything one could need, the bed was like a cloud, the hot tub was perfection, and the large wall of windows overlooking the beach are even more impressive in person. Would love to come back for another visit in the future.

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

We had a restful, restorative week at Christopher’s home. The house itself is amazing: well decorated, spotless, very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of room. The location felt so private even though it’s in a beach neighborhood. Typically, houses are on top of one another in these settings. But not here. We knew there were neighbors, of course, but the house is situated in such a way that everyone feels far away. And the beach itself? It’s like being on a private island! Very few people -just the way we like it. It all served as a great home base from which to explore the Oregon Coast. And a word on that-the Oregon Coast is stunning, the vibe here is super chill, and the people we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. Our first time in this area of the country, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Christopher’s again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Nice place to relax with family

Perfect little getaway a few steps from the beach! Adorable little cabin with fully stocked kitchen for all the comforts of home in a small yet well appointed space! Will definitely be returning.

Such a beautiful oasis! This home was filled with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway weekend. The sauna and hot tub were pristine and we loved hanging out by the fireplace inside. Laurel was easy to communicate with and the location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach!

What an incredible place - and an incredible host! The house looks lovely in the photos and property listing, but when you see this place in person...Hoooo! It truly is breathtaking. We arrived late at night and were welcomed to the beautiful sound of the ocean crashing onto the beach literally outside the back porch area. We felt so welcomed by Anissa and her staff. A cute chalkboard welcomed us personally, and a treat to celebrate my birthday was truly magical. I loved having a spacious place with two areas to enjoy - with the main living room focused solely on looking out and across the Pacific Ocean. There is no TV or anything to block it. The other living room area was perfect and well-suited for watching TV, movies, and more. The bedrooms and the hot tub were FANFREAKINTASTIC. As a bonus, Anissa was available and accepted our invite to come over, say hey, and enjoy chit-chatting and a glass of wine! I have a new favorite spot and new favorite host on the Oregon coast now.

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

Great spot in a prime location! The only issue I had was the skylight over the bed. It’s very bright in the morning, but if you have a sleeping mask it should be no issue. Lovely spot, with great hosts!

Absolutely loved our stay, such a cute & charming cottage! Easy beach access and gorgeous location. I highly recommend Cliff’s place to anyone looking for a Rockaway beach getaway!

Secluded and peaceful, with big windows and a beautiful view. Inside, the furnishings were clean, comfortable, and updated. I spent a lot of time sitting outside in the lush lawn area with a cup of tea. Perfect for one or two travelers who want a taste of the green Tillamook countryside. Great alternative to the hotel accommodations in the area for business travelers!

We have stayed in dozens of AirBnB lodgings over the years, both in the states and internationally, and this stay was easily the best. We loved the hosts, the views, and the simple comforts of this home away from home, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Allison and Forrest are treasures...and we love the animals too.

This place has a spectacular view! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! The hottub overlooking the ocean was just what my mom needed to unwind! we absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay again!

Great area far enough away from downtown to have some privacy and quiet but close enough to walk everywhere.

Our stay was perfect. The view alone made it difficult to leave the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed, comfortable, and communication with Dan Teresa was prompt. I left a pair of earrings and they let me know right away, helping to get them back to me. Above and beyond! I look forward to staying here again, and already miss getting lost staring into Mr Pacific!

Nice little 1 bed condo. Located on the 1st floor so you don't have to climb up any stairs. Lovely little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the little stream that runs along the complex. Walking distance to the Cafe at Hawk Creek with wonderful food. There is also a little store nearby or other necessities. It was nice and quiet and very peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay in Neskowin—our second time in this rental, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. The home was clean, cozy, and right on the beach. Morning coffee on the deck, with the ocean in view and the sound of waves crashing, was pure bliss. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, and great communication with the host—we’d love to come back again!

When it says “million dollar view”, they aren’t lying about this rental! It’s exactly what sold me in the listing, and it was 1000x better in person. Do not pass up the opportunity to stay here. You will not regret it!

Perfect location for all the fun stuff in town and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Our trip was amazing and very relaxing. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day and we spent a lot of time walking the beach looking for shells. My husband and I loved the view and we spent every night listening to the waves. We loved that the kitchen was well equipped making it easy to enjoy home cooked meals. Honestly, this was an ideal trip and we would be happy to return!

Our only regret was we could only stay for 2 nights but, will be trying to arrange another longer stay in the future. Condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. Gorgeous view from living area and very comfortable bedding.

We had a great few days at Yings’s place! She was very responsive and had great welcoming instructions everything was a breeze to get to place. Wonderful view and easy walk to beach. Great for families. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful view, comfortable living spaces, nice big bathtub. Plenty of dishes, soap, detergent, coffee. Look forward to staying again!
