Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Oceanside

Beautiful and very clean home. Beds were comfortable , extra cot provided. Kitchen was well stocked and fire pit and hot tub were great for cooler nights. FYI—Lake is more like a very large pond: not deep enough to really swim plus had lots of underwater plants. We could walk halfway across it, so more for kayaks, canoes, paddle boarding, and you can get around entire lake fairly quickly. House is right on the main road so might not be ideal for younger children. Beach a 3 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay but feel price is a bit expensive for what it is. Eric was very responsive and we appreciated instructions, labels on switches, firewood and kindling provided, and flexibility around a late checkout.

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Gullymonster. It was furnished with everything we needed and we booked it for the extras that we wanted, such as: the views, the quick walk to the beach, the hot tub and the option to bring our fur child. We would definitely book another stay. Appreciated the comfy bed(s) and the local recommendations were a nice added touch.

We had a wonderful trip with our 5- and 1-year-old daughters. The home had everything we needed, and the location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach. Manzanita is absolutely amazing, and this was truly a special place and a memorable trip for our family. Christine was a stellar host, quickly addressing any issues that came up. We’re so grateful for the experience.

Very great place to stay, great location, house is wonderful, amenities were great, would be nice to have a second half bathroom, but overall we had a fantastic experience. Great value and would love to stay again.

We stayed at Laurel’s place for my bachelorette and it could not have been more perfect. It’s spacious and comfortable for a group. It was peaceful drinking the provided stumptown coffee on the balcony and back deck. The sauna and hot tub were perfect for the cool weather. We also put the karaoke machine to good use. There are a few places to eat in Rockaway but we drove to Manzanita to eat mostly. It’s about a 15 minute drive but well worth it since 101 is so beautiful.

Peter’s A-frame was a great place to stay! Cozy setup just a short walk from the beach a local restaurants. My reservation was a bit last minute so I definitely appreciated the very quick reply for booking and easy check in. Overall had a very nice stay!

Weekend getaway with my spouse. Absolutely beautiful location, and view was stunning!!! Ocean and beach were just a few steps away across the street. The hot tub was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed! Perfect sized place for us to spend a quiet, romantic weekend. Connie was instantaneous with responses to any questions. Very much appreciated the high-speed wifi. The bed and pillows are very dated and could use an upgrade, as well as some cleaning of the walls and door frames, but overall, was clean, quiet and gorgeous!! We fully intend on stopping in over the summer as we travel down Pacific Coast Highway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cute little place. Stairs were a little tricky to navigate but not a huge deal. Everything else was perfect and worked exactly as they said. Didn't have an ocean view but that was fully disclosed and we knew that going in. We wanted a quiet place to spend our late anniversary and that is exactly what we got. They even left us a heartfelt card and some candies and beverages which was very helpful. Would absolutely stay there again.

Matt and Pat were great hosts, they communicated clearly and made it easy to stay in the space. Would recommend to anyone.

My new husband and I were so excited about this space. It had everything we needed for the week. waking up on the beach was amazing and being able to relax in the hot tub watching the ocean was a dream. The restaurants were close by along with the outlet mall and shops. This location is now on our favorites list. Thank you for the stay.

This spot was perfect for a weekend getaway! An unbeatable location on a gorgeous stretch of beach. The condo itself is comfortable and you are only a few steps from the sand and ocean, as well as within walking distance to many places in Rockaway. Would recommend and return!

Great location, the most beautiful sunset that you can watch from the comfort of the living room couch or take a few steps to be right on the beach. Very responsive and friendly hosts. The place is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend.

Nice little 1 bed condo. Located on the 1st floor so you don't have to climb up any stairs. Lovely little balcony where you can sit and enjoy the little stream that runs along the complex. Walking distance to the Cafe at Hawk Creek with wonderful food. There is also a little store nearby or other necessities. It was nice and quiet and very peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay in Neskowin—our second time in this rental, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. The home was clean, cozy, and right on the beach. Morning coffee on the deck, with the ocean in view and the sound of waves crashing, was pure bliss. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. Peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, and great communication with the host—we’d love to come back again!

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at James's lovely condo over looking the beach. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. We could cook pretty much anything we felt like and appreciated having some basic oil, salt and pepper, in addition to a variety of tools and pans. The view was wonderful and the furniture and Netflix setup was perfect after a day of sight seeing. Please let me know if you ever allow pets and I'd love to come back with my husband and small dog!

Thanks to good communication, the one big hitch was thankfully resolved. Although the itinerary warns not to turn the heat higher than 65, housekeeping had turned it to 70 and on our arrival day, this nice day at the coast made it 78 degrees inside. With no AC, we were left with opening windows, a couple fans and cross-ventilation. Which, once we realized the bay windows had screens on them (on the bottom), we were able to cool the room to "just right". All this worked out because of good communication, which always wins the day in my book. Truth be told, all that initial heat tainted our experience some, but in the end, it (and the rest of our experience!) was excellent. Beautiful views out the back, easy access to the beach. Saw a bald eagle there. And to top it off, somebody shot off gorgeous fireworks from the beach on our last light, really nice ones like you usually have to pay to see!

Wow! Wow! Can't wait to go back. Unbelievable!!! We hadn't been to the Oregon coast before. This spot was ideal. Condominium was perfect. Top floor, great views, clean, organized, just like home.

Waking up with the beach right outside was like a dream! Lots of restaurants nearby. The oregon coast scenic train is just a 5 min walk from here, highly recommend it. Victor was very responsive and friendly. The Airbnb felt like a home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rockaway Beach condo. The condo was clean, quiet, spacious, bright, and had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. It was very tastefully deorated with paintings and art work. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the heart of the town. We had a great few days at Yings’s place! She was very responsive and had great welcoming instructions everything was a breeze to get to place. Wonderful view and easy walk to beach. Great for families. Definitely would recommend and stay again!
