Cozy guest home of 50 sqm in lovely and quiet nature, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom as well as terrace. It has sea views and 200 meters to sandy beach as well as forest 600 meters from the house. The bedroom offers a double bed and a small desk with a chair. In the living room there is a sofa bed with room for 2 adults, armchair and TV. If you are 5, an extra guest bed can be arranged. There is also a baby bed and baby chair. There 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

The double patio door provides the opportunity to open up, facing the water, as well as going out onto the private terrace where its own outdoor shower is available. The house from 1860 is part of the history of Holckenhavn Castle. It was like Boathouse for those who were supposed to cross the bay with the boat that was available. It has later moved out to the outer cousin, which is now sold to a private space. There is a table oven and hot plate.

The front garden, leading to the inlet, is across this smal road. Here you find your own private part of the garden with table and chairs and a view of the inlet.
