Cozy guest home of 50 sqm in lovely and quiet nature, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom as well as terrace. It has sea views and 200 meters to sandy beach as well as forest 600 meters from the house. The bedroom offers a double bed and a small desk with a chair. In the living room there is a sofa bed with room for 2 adults, armchair and TV. If you are 5, an extra guest bed can be arranged. There is also a baby bed and baby chair. There 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

There is a large garden with room for play and relaxation with fire place and barbecue. An extra annex provides 4 extra sleeping places. The house is 100 metres from the water, which is seen from the terrace. The development has its own bathing bridge. The area is quiet, charming, friendly and absolutely peaceful with room and space for retreat and tranquility. The most beautiful spot for young and old alike.

Up on the beach, there is the owner of the swimming bridge and ramp with the possibility of putting your own boat/kayak in the water. Super nice beach with space to make sand castles. Close to the water, beautiful nature area near Priest Forest forest There is peace and quiet, the sound of the sea is so relaxing. The house must be cleaned on departure. Holiday cottage with unique location right on the water. Experience the tranquility of living less than twenty meters from the sea. The cottage has two bedrooms, kitchen-living room and newly renovated bathroom. All simply furnished with attention to detail. There are large terraces on both sides of the house, including a large covered terrace and barbecue. The holiday home is located between the idyllic Kerteminde and historic Nyborg. There is room for play in the garden and access to some of Europe's best fishing waters.

Home away from home... Sit back, enjoy the view, and let the calm down. The double patio door provides the opportunity to open up, facing the water, as well as going out onto the private terrace where its own outdoor shower is available. The house from 1860 is part of the history of Holckenhavn Castle. It was like Boathouse for those who were supposed to cross the bay with the boat that was available. It has later moved out to the outer cousin, which is now sold to a private space. There is a table oven and hot plate.

Our house is just down to the Great Belt. There are beds for 10 adults, 1 guest bed, 3 junior beds plus a baby bed. There are views of Langeland and the Great Belt Bridge, and 20 meters to the water's edge. We live in an idyllic old fishing village where the atmosphere blooms. There is a nice beach, with nearby bathing jetty and green public area as well as the possibility of angling. Amazing nature. The place offers many great hikes and bike rides. Nearby campsite has restaurant, water park, kiosk and playground

Take the whole family to this amazingly lovely summerhouse. You can always find a cozy nook to stay in if you want sea views, sun in the morning on the east terrace, sun in the evening on the large west facing terrace. There is a trampoline and the possibility of garden games. Wireless internet and Chromecast if you want to watch TV. Take a swim from one of the bridges by the beach which is about 100 meters from the house. Nyborg is 15 min away where you can shop and more. Svendborg is about 25 minutes by car.

This beautiful and historic landmark from 1933 is located right on the beach. The views are truly breathtaking and the area is very peaceful with the sound of singing birds and huge hares hopping around. There are 2 bedrooms in each condominium: one, overlooking the ocean with 2 single beds and another on the other side. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as laundry facilities. We could set up an extra cot if necessary for another guest or a portable crib if you let us know in advance.
