The big attraction is our activity hall where we have just installed a professional pickle ball court. In addition, there is also a table tennis table. The house is decorated in a bright and friendly way, and contains 2 rooms with double bed (140/120 cm), a bathroom and open living room/kitchen. There are 2 terraces. Very central location with walking distance to the city, Nyborg Station and the many shopping opportunities in the area. If you want sports and activity, Nyborg Water Park as well as paddle and tennis courts are within walking distance.

Come stay in my lovely house close to water, nature, and city. In the house also lives the cat, Tove, who mostly takes care of himself, but of course needs to be fed and have a nice time in your company. The water is 1 1/2 minutes on foot from the house and there are several beaches close by. The train station and the city are also quite close. There are two bedrooms with a single bed and a double bed, respectively. The house includes a lovely garden, an outdoor kitchen, and a lovely farm environment.

The home includes a large living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms.
