Vacation rentals with beach access in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Richard’s condo in Nuevo Vallarta! From the very beginning, Richard was an exceptional host—he promptly answered all my questions before our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly have nothing but great things to say about both the host and the condo. Richard’s hospitality made our trip stress-free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere a bit far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problems

Fabulous home. Very roomy. Very clean. Brianda and Paco responded to any need or issues immediately. Laundry on site, and even laundry supplies. The pool was private and comfortable. The whole place was utterly spotless and well taken care of. I could not have chosen a better location, or a better host. Thank you both for having me. I wish I had booked my time there longer

Photos of this apartment don't do it justice. It's nicer in person. It has everything you need, towels, laundry center, well-equipped kitchen, and the bed is SUPER comfortable. My husband and I regret not having scheduled our entire stay at this place. We slept like kings, there were no noises and no light came in. The pool is very nice, with an amazing view. The gym is well equipped and there is a hammock area where you can rest. It has security and its own parking, and it was very easy to access. Communication with Sebastian and Louis was simple and efficient. It's one of the best places we've stayed in Mexico. If we return to Puerto Vallarta, we would stay here again.

2 security gates and a wall surrounds the El Tigre golf course, the sports center and the various condominium complexes including the Taheima condominium complex. 1 specific gatehouse and a wall surrounds the Taheima condo complex. Taheima is the only resort where there is a restaurant. For a fee, the Paradise Village card gives access as a “guest” to the sports center and the beach a 15-minute walk from Taheima. The sports center includes: Tennis, Pickleball, Paddleboard, Squash, Ping Pong, Basketball, Billiards, Training Rooms, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, Sauna, Hammam, Tourbillon, Towels etc. The beach includes palapas and towels Make sure the owner pays the condo fee for said Paradise Village card to enjoy the sports center and the beach. Everything is within a 20-minute walk: Golf, Mall, Marina, Beach. It's a real paradise!!!

Excellent facilities, everything is very comfortable and clean, an excellent place to rest. The only thing I didn't like is that they charge you separately for the electricity after a certain amount of kilowatts that they give you, and if you lose or take off the bracelets, they charge you $500 pesos for a new one. It's okay that they charge for them, but it's a lot

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Awesome place house had everything we needed and the area was super quiet/clean. Definitely recommend it we loved it.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Excellent Property, it's as shown in the pictures. Great location, super comfortable, really make you feel that you are at home. It has what you need to prepare your own food. Every detail of the house is incredible. The amenities of the condominium are excellent. Atención que te brindadn is timely and quick. We'll definitely be back with them. We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

We had a great stay there this week, our family had an incredible time in PV and the place is beautiful and in a great location! The restaurant, bar, pool and gym were all fantastic! Highly recommend!

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

Excellent accommodation, highly recommended. Highly recommended. The condominium has very good amenities. the pools have hot water. Beach access very spacious parking. the apartment is very comfortable with all the amenities and in very good condition.

We had a great 8 night stay with 3 young kids. The property was beautiful & kept very clean. The unit was perfect for our family & Rod was very responsive throughout our stay, even allowing a last minute late check out so we had somewhere to be before our flight. Our kids loved the pools, and the beach area was great. We bring a canopy every beach vacation & didn’t even need to get it out. There were some beach toys & a boogie board, & even 1 child floatie at the unit. The showers to wash off at the beach had pleasant warm water, & all the public restrooms were very clean. Im a designer & appreciated all the finishes throughout the property. Mornings were always perfect weather, & when winds would pick up in the afternoon, the pool by the gym on the roof was always more protected from the winds, which was nice. We had a slight hiccup with check-in as our QR code didn’t work, but Rod was very responsive giving alternate ways to get into the unit. We would stay again.
