Vacation rentals with a patio in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Amber is the kind of host I like having. Very responsive, accomodating and made her home really comfortable. I would stay here again and again.

We loved the place, it is very complete to spend the days there, the pool is always nice and the photos of the publication are as shown. The beach by car was 5 minutes away, and there are many restaurants in the area, thank you very much, we will definitely be back!!

The place is exactly as described , very nice apartment to stay and the building has nice amenities too, it is close to restaurants and other nice areas. Definitely will stay again.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! Everything was excellent, I loved it, a very quiet and beautiful place! Just as it appears in the photos. The pool is warm and the beach is very close😉. Also, if you walk outside the condominium, you will find everything: restaurants, bars, tacos, Oxxo, etc. Luis the host, very good! Always friendly. Thank you very much, I hope to be back soon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

The apartment is nice. The 3 air conditioners work 100%, so we never felt hot in the apartment. It's clean, quiet and the pool is large.

It is undoubtedly the best place I have ever stayed, the apartment is wonderful, you can tell that they put love into everything in it and the service they provide. Everything was spectacular, high quality.

Had a great little stay at Rodrigo’s place! He had it so clean and was a perfect location to get to the pools. Loved our stay here would definitely go back!

It was very cool, I went to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time, super close to the beach, very good restaurants less than 5 mins away (El Faro for spam). The place is super quiet, private, the pool is super comfortable, and Rod is always very attentive. We had an altercation and Rod came to the rescue, very attentive :))

Just what we needed. Family friendly. Peace and quiet. Extremely beautiful garden and pool. Greatly recomended.... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also Alonso is a great host. Very responsive and alwayas willing to help. 6 stars if I could!!!
