You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

My husband and I stayed for three nights at the apartment as our base for the Faroe Islands. The place was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Jesper was very kind and offered some lovely advice on hikes around the area and scenic drives. You’re staying in the bottom floor of his family’s home so the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would definitely return!

Timo is the perfect host! The location is very good for walking around and visiting places in old Rauma. It is also central to other parts of Rauma. Timo provided us with very useful information about where to find food we like, how to visit some islands and beaches and significant historical places in old Rauma. I highly recommend staying at Timo’s, he is generous with his time and his knowledge and his place is great.

I had a lovely sray here over a lon weekend. Location was perfect, 10 minutes walk from rhe centre but still really peaceful and private. Had great communication from the beginning, the apartment has everything in it that you would need for cooking etc and it was really cosy and warm. I would fully recommend staying here.

Such a charming and peaceful setting!! If you want to spend some time in a lovely and charming space this one may be for you. Right next to a lazy river and 10 mins walk from a beautiful inviting little town with plenty to see and do. The hosts were nearby and available in case anything was needed but not too close. The cottage itself was small (just as expected) but super nice mixing an old feel with a modern touch. We loved it all and certainly would consider returning.

It was nice to get to know the place, immediately felt at home☺️. Clean apartment, plus hand soap and other soaps. Lovely place, it's a pity that the weather didn't favor us. The fire alarm went off the second night, and the matter was resolved by calling Ritva (it was thought that it was due to the electricity), the next morning a new battery was brought to the alarm and everything was fine again☺️.

Maybe the nicest AirBnB I‘ve ever had! It was even more beautiful than we imagined. We felt at home in the cabin in the woods straight away. The Toilet/Bathroom was super warm even with minus degrees outside. The cross-country ski slopes of Bymarka are super close and the walks have been a pleasure as well. Ah and we didn’t see deers during the hikes, but we saw three of them through the large windows of the cabin. Big thanks also to Berit for the quick and easy communication! Its a place to remember!
