Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Norwegian Sea

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

Super great place to stay with stunning views! The jacuzzi and the free ferry to Leknes gave our stay the perfect finishing touch. In addition, the Airbnb is very cozy/lovingly decorated and fantastically equipped, including numerous board games and children's toys. Elin's house was very cozy and very clean, I totally recommend it, Hans greeted us with these words "Welcome to paradise", and the truth is that it was, a very quiet and cozy place, the house has a dock and we had a Kayak to use, thanks to Hans for the fish he gave us, it was very tasty.

Dear Tina, We loved „Solli“, your arctic paradise at the sea. So much space and light because of the glassfront towards the fjord. Spectacular view and best private Sauna we ever saw. Everything around the house was so easy, thanks also to the perfect information about everything there was to know you and René provided beforehand and your quick responses whenever we had a question. Even though the house is not „infant safe“ we managed pretty good travelling with a 17 month old boy, since there were no stairs inside going down and the upward ones we could block and since it was summer season no need to use the fireplace. Plenty of room to play in the living room. The kitchen was equipped perfetly. Even a bedroom with the greatest view. We stayed with 3 (and a half😉) generations and everyone loved it. Stunning views and very cozy place to stay!

Per was an exceptional host! Out of 100 stays, he is by far the best host we have had. Per made sure everything was perfect for the stay. The kids loved the snow on the farm and Per sorted out a sledding hill for them along with all the bits and bobs needed to enjoy the cold weather. He went above and beyond and I am grateful for the hospitality and love that he showed myself, wife, and three kids. Thank you!

We spent three nights at Roar's place and wish we could have stayed longer. It was so peaceful with good walking from the doorstep, and lovely waking up to the sound of birdsong. Roar went out of his way to make us feel welcome and offered great walking recommendations. Thank you!

Marte's apartment was fantastic in every way. Best was undoubtedly the adorable view, but other pluses were the size and planning of the accommodation. Overall, we are super happy and can warmly recommend the apartment. On the way there, we had the pleasure of getting to know the sheep and lambs along the way and on the way from there, we saw a moose.

The location of this cute apartment was amazing! Great location for hiking, the waterfalls and restaurants are just a short walk away. Parking could not have been any better. The apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for a great visit!

Pure relaxation by the lake - The house is beautifully located directly on the lake. The sunsets are particularly impressive – the water glows in strong red tones, which creates a very special atmosphere. The direct access to the lake invites you to swim, and the sauna overlooking the water is a real highlight. The amenities don't miss anything. Overall a very pleasant stay in a great location.

Timo's house is located directly on the lake 20 meters from the Ylläs swing. The cross-country ski trail starts right in front of the house. Äkäslompolo is a cross-country paradise, for beginners and also ambitious cross-country skiers, excellent preparation of the trails - a paradise! Timo's house offers everything: Location, amenities, sauna, shower, 2 toilets, covered parking, even the wood for the fireplace with large window is ready, it leaves nothing to be desired. Just great! We'll go back!

Such an amazing location in Olden and we loved being right on the water. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay. We loved spending time outside in the jacuzzi and using the fire pit. The town is nearby and the home included everything we needed.

Perfect Wilderness Retreat for Nature Lovers We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and spacious family home. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled in nature, right by the lake, with a large garden and great BBQ facilities. It’s peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently within walking distance to a grocery store. The beds were very comfortable, and the house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. We truly felt at home and would love to return for an even longer stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, natural setting!

We had a great time at David's with a very friendly welcome from David's mom. The setting is beautiful with a lake view and a superb and protected landscape. The accommodation was very comfortable and well arranged. We highly recommend it!
