The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Casa Finetti is a rustic structure with an attic, wooden bedroom floor and stone walls. From the ground floor you go up to the bedroom via a spiral staircase. The house is arranged on a ground floor and second floor, both 18 square meters. It's a simple house, without the maximum comfort, but it has the essentials for a mini vacation. Casa Finetti is not suitable for those who expect to find luxury. Casa Finetti is suitable for lovers of nature and simple things.
