The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Reachable from the City center with a comfortable train in 12 minutes. Lift to public transport ( 2 km ) is offered if required.",

Casa Finetti è una struttura rustica con solaio, pavimento della camera in legno e muri in pietra. Dal piano terra si sale alla camera da letto tramite una scala a chiocciola. La casa è disposta su un piano terra e primo piano, entrambi di 18 metri quadrati. È una casetta semplice, senza il massimo dei confort, ma ha l'indispensabile per una mini vacanza. Casa Finetti non è adatta a chi si aspetta di trovare il lusso. Casa Finetti è adatta agli amanti della natura e delle cose semplici.
