Vacation rentals with a patio in Northcote

David was very accomadating through my trip. I was working and had very sudden bad news during the trip. When I expressed I needed more time (even without knowing about personal reasons) he was very helpful and accomodating.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in apartments designed and hosted by Kali. Kali is very easy to communicate with, clear and simple instructions, flexible, just easy. This apartment is almost like a studio apartment and it doesn't have a TV which was clearly stated in the listing, so we expected it. Nevertheless, It is v comfortable and v well located in Fitzroy. We will come back again next time. Thanks Kali.

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

Crystal's place was exactly as described so you can rest assured that the reviews are an accurate reflection also. Location is great for exploring the inner north and easy access to the city. The apartment was clean with easy access and good wifi. Having a designated underground car park was great, as was having a bath, which can be difficult to find in innercity apartments. Crystal was very good to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place :)

This was our second stay at Jessica’s as we loved it so much the first time! Highly recommend, amazing location, lovely apartment, had everything we needed and more. Thanks again for another great stay!!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Had everything I needed and was in a lovely neighborhood. You can walk along the Merri Creek walking trails and close to the tram too. Great hosts and recommend. I would stay again.

The apartment was lovely, light & bright. Very comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful with a lovely outside space. the location is great. Right next to the 96 tamline and not far from the 11 tramline. A lovey walk to the zoo. Great restaurant nearby and many good cafes. The apartment felt like a home away from home. Sophie was very helpful and clear with her messages. I felt welcome in her apartment. It's a great base from which to explore Melbourne without being in the busy city centre. Fitzroy North feels relaxed but with plenty of amenities. Piedimonte's was great to have a short walk away. If you are thinking of staying in Melbourne then this apartment is ideal. Thanks Sophie

Great location and great responsive host. Easy self-checkin. We really adored the effort Jo has placed on the interior of the house. It's got a cool retro vibe but at the same time modern in execution.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Melbourne! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. The location was ideal — close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and some fantastic local spots. It made getting around Melbourne a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient home base near city !

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Perfect location for where we wanted to be. We appreciated having parking and yet walked everywhere as there’s some excellent walking paths nearby. Immaculately presented and very well organised. All amenities provided were of high quality. Vanessa provided excellent, detailed instructions on how to collect the keys, access parking etc which ensured we had no problems at all.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

좋은 위치와 아주 깨끗하며 훌륭한 시티뷰를 보여주는 숙소였습니다 또한 Selina의 빠른 피드백이 좋았고, 늦은 체크아웃 배려에 여행에서의 에너지 충전에 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 모두 다 좋았습니다. 다만, 한가지 힘들었던점은 6월은 멜버른이 너무 춥다는 것입니다. 방에 히터가 잘 작동하지않아 (히터 작동 시 원인을 알 수 없는 큰 소음 지속 발생) 정말 많이 추웠습니다. 하지만, 이것은 날씨의 문제이므로 두꺼운 옷을 입는 등으로 충분히 극복할 수 있을 것입니다. 그외 모든 것들은 완벽했습니다. 다음 방문에도 Selina의 숙소를 선택하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

We had a lovely stay at Nick’s apartment. Perfect for the 3 of us. Loved the mid century modern vibes and the location was great - felt like you were in a peaceful little neighbourhood but only a couple of blocks from great restaurants and shops. Bernadette was very attentive and we really appreciated the later checkout so we didn’t have to take our luggage around with us on our last day. Would love to stay again.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.
