Villa vacation rentals in Northcote

Anna is an excellent and usually very responsive when we have something would like to seek her assistance. The villa is amazing and we spent 3 weeks in here, still found it not enough and would love to stay longer if we could. We are welcome with a sparkling champagne, and snacks. Everything is clean and maintained very well. The backyard is so beautiful having the lake with all the duckies, seagulls and gooses swimming around every day to make you feel very calm and peaceful. it's just so close to all the supermarkets and daily essentials need at down town by car for 10 mins. Some good restaurants around to make your day easy just if you are not fancy to cook your own meal but her kitchen equipped every well that can easily cook too if you like to. We enjoyed very much in the villa last 3 weeks with Anna's awesome hospitality during our stay. Highly recommend if you come to Melbourne and wants to escape a bit from the city life, here is the best option for you.

We had an amazing stay at Mario’s place! He was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our trip. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, which made exploring the area super easy. Mario went above and beyond by recommending a snow trip for us, something we truly appreciated and really enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay while in Melbourne

This unit was bright, clean and comfortable. It was everything we needed to have a 'home base' while we visited Melbourne with our own car. The unit was private and secure with an automatic gate for tenants only. The street was quiet, well kept and felt safe. The furnishings and aesthetic of the place was modern and clean. We loved the crisp white sheets, ample pillows and towels. The kids slept soundly in the bunk beds and loved having activities and games to play in the lounge room. There is no dining area, but there are stools at the kitchen counter. And let's be honest, we weren't eating at home - there are more than enough restaurants on High St, which is just a two-minute walk away. The train and it's station were far enough away that the noises didn't cause any disturbance to our sleep. The hosts were very responsive and had a cot and sheets set up for our baby upon arrival. The even left out baby blankets, a playmat and a sweet hooded towel for us! Thanks for everything!

I enjoyed my stay overall, and I especially appreciated the host's flexibility with the early check-in! The kitchen was fantastic, and I especially appreciated the quality of the cooking pots and pans – a real plus! The space had a lovely, cozy feel. However, there were a few things to note. The floorboards are quite old and creaky, so future guests should be prepared to tread very carefully and quietly. The main door was also a bit stubborn; it needed a bit of extra effort to close securely. I also noticed a few small bugs around. Lastly, the bed was softer than I prefer. Despite these minor issues, the early check-in, great kitchen, and cozy atmosphere made it a decent stay.

Lydia has been amazing to communicate with and super helpful. Her place is so clean, tidy, well equipped and spacious. we had a lovely time there and definitely would recommend her to other people as well. thank u so much

We had a great time in Mount Martha with super responsive friendly hosts. The place really is wheelchair accessible - which made life a lot easier for us.

Our 4 weeks stay at the "Settlers Run Golf Resort" Airbnb was exceptional! The friendly host, spotless house, and abundance of amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Communication was a breeze, and the flexibility of the host added to the overall positive experience. A perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. Highly recommended!

Heritage Retreat’s property was amazing. Can fit so many people and although we loved our stay in the middle of winter, this property can be so enjoyable in the summer. Great and responsive staff. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful accomodation I have ever lived at. It was scenic, calm, peaceful, beautiful and I wish we had stayed longer. My family and friends absolutely loved the accomodation. We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.
