Vacation rentals with a fireplace in North Utica

This was one of the best stays my family and I have had! The barn itself is beautiful, but what my boys enjoyed the most was the property. We got lucky with a beautiful 50° December day. We walked the trails, threw rocks in the pond and went on scavenger hunts. Highly recommend staying here!

This was one of the best air bnbs we have stayed at. Extremely clean and very peaceful location. We had everything we needed! Our children appreciated the toys and the playset in the backyard. Only 15 min drive to starved rock. Lots of great restaurants and parks in Ottawa. Jennifer is a great host and we will definitely be back! Would 100% recommend!

Me and my husband had an amazing experience at Kathryn’s place, it was a perfect getaway from the work and city hustle . Check-in was super easy, place super clean and cozy, perfect for a short-term getaway. Super convenient location and great atmosphere overall! We loved our stay here! The gardens are incredible, and they really make this place special. Bill was a great host and was very communicative when we had issues. There was a cleaning issue and a small problem with the oven/power, but Bill handled it really well. Warning that this is an old house in the country, and it has lots of bugs in the house. As long are you’re not afraid of bugs, you will have a great time here.

We enjoyed our week stay in Lacon, IL. It is a quaint small town on the IL River. The house has 2 stories with 3 generous sized bedrooms (no TV’s) on the 2nd floor and 1 bath (bath tub/shower combo). There is plenty of closet space with shelves and hanging area (no dressers). The beds, pillows and linens are super comfy!!! There is a first floor bath with a smaller walk-in shower, as well as a wash and dryer in a large separate room which could serve as a bedroom if there was an airbed or sofa bed. The kitchen had all the amenities like a Keurig duo coffee maker, microwave deluxe gas stove, french door refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, dishes and pots and pan. There was also an outdoor gas grill which we did not use. The back of the house features a large wood deck that is older and has a rectangular table with 6 chairs. The basement was locked and not accessible. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles if needed. The leather furniture was clean with surface scratches. Large TV with wifi.

Perfect space for a group of teens! They took full advantage of the pool area. The large bedroom on the top floor accommodated all the girls, so they could gab all night long till they fell asleep. The space is beautiful and Michelle is attentive and approach able. Already planning another stay here!!

My family & I of 6 stayed for about 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay. We felt very safe in the house & the neighborhood felt very safe. We walked several times to the park & neighbors were friendly. The house was clean & well decorated, it felt cozy. Everything that is needed was there like cleaning & laundry supplies & kitchen essentials. The entry access was easy & quick, parking was also free of problems. If i needed to come back , i would definitely come back again.

Over the past 6 years or so my group has stayed at this location many times. We've always enjoyed the quiet, peaceful and private backyard fire pit area. The room acomodations have worked well for us. We will keep this as our go to spot when in town.

An incredible experience connecting to nature and others! You're really afforded the choice between an intimate private stay or an inspiring communal experience, and both are incredible. My favorite part (aside from the delicious wood-fired pizza) was the farm tour and learning about regenerative agriculture. It's an optional tour that we're so glad we opted into. We had no kiddos with us, but it's probably helpful to note that it's extremely kid friendly! We star-gazed at night and woke up to a beautiful chorus of birds. Overall: 10/10 would recommend!

The place was exactly as pictured and we had an amazing stay! The bed and couch were very comfortable and all the personalities they have made were so nice! Hosts were very response and place was easy to find. We loved that everything was in walking distance as well.

My husband and I had an incredible time during our stay in The Rock Cottage. I reserved the place as a getaway for my husband’s birthday, and Amy and Laura made the visit particularly lovely. We loved the privacy of the fire pit after hiking and exploring all day, and walking around town was beyond easy given the location of the place. And for moments needing a bit of tech, the WiFi was flawless and we had no problem accessing streaming services. Without a doubt, we recommend this place for anyone looking to slow down and enjoy greenery.

Compact place but nicely appointed

Beautiful loft. Intentional modern decor. Full kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. Comfortable King bed. Several yummy restaurants and a Coffee shop within walking distance. We loved our stay at the Brycelyn and would recommend to any couple.

Great spot to go with friends and family. They have a water park, arcade, mini golf, and an ice cream place. We had a fun time at this resort and would definitely do it again!

This was a wonderful place to stay while my sister and I were hiking in the area. It was close to the state parks and was a quiet and peaceful place. The decor was perfect for the cabin-type feel of the home and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great. The additional vanity area in the master bedroom with a sink was a wonderful bonus! We also enjoyed the jacuzzi after hiking for several hours each day, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful, spacious home. Had the amenities that were listed. Will need to bring shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and extra rolls of toilet paper, and this is listed in the details. The home was spotless and welcoming for our executive team retreat. How to instructions were provided and worked perfectly. Grateful for this opportunity to share dedicated time with my team in a space that allowed everyone to have personal space even when sharing a room. The bedrooms are enormous and lovely.
