Vacation rentals with beach access in North Ostrobothnia

We had a great time at Eija's place. It's as nice as the pictures suggest and a good starting place for exploring northern Finland. As a general tip, I'd recommend traveling by car, then you can easily reach several national parks and other sights in the area, as well as Rovaniemi. The area is calm, the frozen lake and snowy scenery make for a serene retreat. Eija was always quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

Perfect stay! Super clean and exceeded all expectations. Communicating smoothly and quickly. Special thanks as a dog owner for an apartment suitable for pets, where Oskari was taken into account separately with treats. As a host, I'm rarely completely satisfied, but a full 10. We'll be back!

The place is really bigger in real life! Beautiful view, we were able to see some northern lights on the 31st! Arto is very responsive! I recommend it. ☺️

The apartment is located in a prime location near the center of Oulu and the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, it could have been admired for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again as soon as possible.

Tytti’s place looks way better in real life so don’t let the pictures fool you! The spacious terrace is ideal to enjoy the evening sun and the sauna makes you relax whenever you feel like it. Both are a huge plus. Everyday, I felt comfortable and safe, at home. I would recommand this place to anybody who goes to Kokkola. City centre is not so far (you can use the bike) and nature’s at your doorstep, sea and forest, best of both worlds. I really enjoyed my stay to the fullest.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka welcomed us personally. The house is located close to the road and is easily accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka organized cross-country skis and snowshoes for us at a good price and marked a trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the Northern Lights twice. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

A functional and cozy ensemble in a quiet location with the best price quality I've ever experienced. I can easily recommend if you want some privacy in a comfortable setting near the ocean. The owner communicated very quickly which is also a big plus.

The house is exceptional, beautiful and located right on the lake. The decor is natural, modern and with lots of wood; we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Note the very secluded location; the nearest shopping (supermarket) is about 15 minutes away by car. But with proper planning, that's not a problem either. We enjoyed the quiet idyllic location very much.

A very cozy wooden house and perfect for relaxation. The fireplace works wonderfully and the sauna is great after a snowshoe hike or a sleigh ride. Both are available at the property. The kitchen is superbly equipped, there are even numerous basics such as salt, pepper, coffee, noodles, and much more. The house is super insulated, so it was never cold for us. The only thing is that the bathroom is quite small and the walk to the shower is a bit long. The location is perfect for watching the Northern Lights, we were lucky to see them on 6 out of 7 days. Communication with Osmo was great, he provided us with a lot of useful information. Would have liked to have stayed much longer. It was one of the best Airbnbs we've ever had.

Wow wow wow. Lovely place to stay in a central location in Oulu. The apartment's large outdoor terrace crowned the coffee moments and in the evening the lights of the prison and the city opposite shone beautifully.

The place was great, with a wonderful location that made everything convenient. The best part was the ski-in, ski-out access for both cross country skiing as well as downhill. Highly recommended for ski lovers ⛷️!

Another spring in a row in Sotkamo bird-watching and in this wonderful accommodation. Everything works fine, a special plus for a sauna and comfortable accommodation, excellent instructions and generally pleasant communication with the host. Thumbs up and recommendation!
