We thoroughly enjoyed coming ‘home’ after a day of activities to the house. The sauna warms you up immediately. Evenings are too short when watching your favourite show on the home cinema. The kitchen is super equipped. Everything is available. Great place for relaxing.

The cottage is as pictured and in an excellent location, the host is friendly and the price is right 👍

Beautiful and modern cottage quite close to Vuokatti and sports activities there. Soili was really helpful and friendly in her communication. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The place looks better than in the pictures! Good transport connections and nice secluded from the hustle and bustle of the sea shore. I recommend👍🏻

We had an absolutely amazing week at the cabin. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful. The cabin itself was great, brand new and extremely warm and comfortable with everything you need. It was so easy to park the car and access the cabin. The sauna was fantastic and the views from every window of the beautiful forest and lake were unforgettable. Ritta was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location is idealic. Endless incredible walking trails within easy access. Ruka and Kuusamo are close by if you need a supermarket or restaurant. We rented a snow mobile in Ruka which was great and went to Pizzeria Ruka one night which was really good. I would definitely come back, Lapland is heaven and the most beautiful place I've been. We even saw the Northern Lights on our last night, a perfect end to our holiday!

We had a wonderfull stay and we enjoyed our vacation a lot. The House Looks exactly Like on the pictures and is very very clean und comfy! We loved the beautiful scenery and the Sauna. Juhani is very accomodating and the Communication was really easy. The House is about 8 minutes away from the Train Station (by car) and calling a Taxi was Not a Problem at all. We will definitly come back again next year. Thank you!

The house was very clean and beautifully and minimally decorated. We found everything we needed in the apartment. The beds were great for sleeping. Quiet and peaceful place. Close to a thunderstorm hiking trail and it was only 4km to the slopes and ski slopes of Vuokatti. Nothing negative to say.

Really great accommodation in a quiet location. Beautiful forest view from the windows. The accommodation had everything you needed and the decor was carefully invested in. The sauna had soft steam. From the house, you can go directly to good hiking trails. The barbecue hut in the yard was very cozy and we had a good time grilling sausages. We would definitely stay again!

It is a cozy family house. Everything is there, sometimes you have to search, but that's okay. It's not a high tech new decor, but cozy and with old stuff. There are sleds and the possibility to make a campfire outside. We visited the frozen waterfalls, over a half hour drive; beautiful. Daria was easily accessible for questions, we got a quick answer.

We was a family of 6 staying for a week over New Years ! The villa had everything, it was very clean and modern with open fires and comfortable lounges, it was lovely to relax in the evenings in the hot tub and sauna! Great position, with a lovely drive looking at all the other villas around , we were right at the end so looked right out to all the trees ! We would recommend to stay here but you will definitely need a car . Everything is only 5 mins away in car so coming back and going back out was no problem! Lotta , the host was very informative in arriving and departing and answered any questions we had on our stay immediately. Good choice 👍

Amazing place! Everything you need for a successful vacation! The villa is modern, in a quiet location and close enough to the services of Ruka. Everything is of high quality, and there are clear instructions for everything, and you don't have to think about whether the appliances are properly used. A stunning view that can be admired inside and out. It's going to make me feel thank you for renting a place like this. This place feels like a home where every detail has been considered. The best thing for children and adults was the sauna and bathe in the hot tub with stunning scenery! Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were super friendly and responsive—always available when needed but respectful of privacy. The location is absolutely beautiful, perfectly situated between Rovaniemi and Oulu. I’d definitely recommend having a car to explore the area. One of the absolute highlights was the sauna with its stunning view of the lake and sunset—truly priceless. The amenities were amazing and made the whole experience feel extra special. Fire place, sauna indoor and outdoor, hot tub. Everything for a spa feeling, which I really appreciated. I fully enjoyed my time here and would gladly come back!

Thanks to the host family for the time in their beautiful house. It is really very big and offers plenty of space. We used the sauna inside and out every day. The communication with the host family was perfect at all times. We all felt very comfortable here and thank you also for the beautifully decorated Christmas tree.

It's been a while since we've been to such a wonderful place. Amazing, atmospheric home, full of Muminks and all the comforts. Great for families with kids and northern lights hunters. Great access by bus no. 8 to the center, close to the market, you can't be bored in the house itself - full of board games, books about toys. There is even a swing inside. The sauna and hot tub complete the whole. Your landlord is great. A total fairy tale ❤️

Our stay with the four of us totally met our expectations - we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back :) Especially great is the quiet location in beautiful countryside, the sauna and the barbecue hut next to the house :)
