**Building work next door June to September** price reduced by 25% to reflect this and anyone staying will need to accept there may be some noise pollution. This is a space for people who want to relax or explore the amazing area of Dorset. Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive. Durdle Door - 30 min drive. Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Stourhead NT house and gardens are within walking distance with its cafes, gallery and farm shop. There are 3 country pubs within 1.5 miles which all do meals.
