Great location - views of the sea really added to the stay. Really well proportioned family home - space for everyone

The flat is amazing and in an ideal location. It has its own car parking space which is in the barriered car park on the other side of the harbour which we could clearly see from the lounge and bedroom windows. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for clothes etc. We will definitely stay again and we have already recommended the flat to our daughter and her husband. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions and was very happy to help us.

What a super place Teal House is, great location & value for money. Mark is an excellent host. Would strongly recommend this property as a fab place to stay!

Amazing place to stay if surfing in Newquay, 10 min walk from Towan or Great Western with a hose and storage for boards. Home itself was comfortable, towels provided was a good touch. All you could need for a good trip.

We had a lovely stay, felt so relaxing. Good location as not far to Dartmouth in one directly and Salcombe in the other. Would definitely stay again.

We could not have picked a better place to celebrate our diamond wedding anniversary with our family. Ayvin was always on hand if needed but never intrusive. We look forward to returning for our 70th!

The Townhouse is full of character with a lovely homely feel and wonderful views of the harbour. The bedrooms are all comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed a long weekend in the townhouse with friends and family and would definitely recommend.

Our stay in the house totally lived up to the expectations we had based on previous reviews. The views from the balconies on all levels are stunning. The inside of the house was very good too, with comfortable furniture, a well stocked kitchen and great bathrooms for all the bedrooms, albeit that the one on the lowest level is on the small side. Having a garage was a useful bonus although larger cars would probably struggle to get down to it. Finally, Helena's friendly and helpful communication was much appreciated. The place warrants the high rating I and others have given it.

The property was just as described and Jennie was a very good host who responded quickly to any message sent. The house had everything anyone would need for everyday living and the decor was delightful. The most wonderful views, fantastic restaurant practically next door and the water taxi over to The Barbican every half hour! Hardly felt like leaving the premises! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing chilled out stay.

Great spot for easy access to Torquay. Good size for a family on holiday. Very comfy beds, with well kept massive bathrooms. Easy access to anything you need. Good food 5 Minute walk away, can recommend, The Dock for breakfast, and Otto for pizza . Parking was a bit tricky, but loads of RingGo spots that aren’t that expensive, and if you don’t mind a bit of search there is free parking up the road if you look for it. We paid 10 quid for 24 hours 3 minute walk away which was hassle free. Keith is quick to reply and is very helpful. All in all a great spot.

My friends and I had a brilliant stay here! The property was exactly as described, with a very well equipped kitchen and lots of space. Ian was very responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely book again!

We could only stay four nights, but enjoyed returning to our “home” after exploring the surrounding area. We appreciated the welcome pack of scones, jam and clotted cream and milk in the fridge. My sons appreciated the novel ciders. A short walk into town where we investigated Robin’s recommended eateries and surf schools/beaches. The bedrooms were very comfortable with crisp linen and ample storage. Enough bathrooms for one each!!! (We were a party of 3!). Great parking right outside the townhouse. Kitchen well equipped and a comfy sitting room with balcony to watch the sunset over the sea. Great place as a base to explore North Cornwall and beyond.

We have just returned from a great weekend away in Newquay. Great location, only a few minute walk to Fistral beach, Newquay harbour, town centre and local Sainsbury's. Property was extremely well presented. very clean, tidy and well furnished. Balcony on top floor has a great view down towards Fistral beach and the golf course Internet/WiFi speed was great to stream netflix on an evening. 6 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room and privacy having 3 showers/toilets in the property. Parking to the rear was ample for the 3 couples. Deborah was a perfect host and will keep this property on our list for future bookings.

Lovely clean place to stay that is as described and very well located for the beach, amenities, train station and water park. We did Paignton Zoo, Dartmouth steam train, got the train to Exeter, waterpark, beach and the boat to Torquay.

Such a lovely spacious, tidy, clutter free home. We really enjoyed our stay and it accommodated a family weekend. We will definitely be booking again and thanks to Simon for being so helpful and making it so easy. Such a comfy sofa in the lounge which made it nice and relaxing!

Lovely home near the centre of Padstow. Easy walk to where all the bars and restaurants are. We stayed here with our baby and had plenty of room. Felt very homely and comfortable beds. Well equipped with everything we needed, able to cook meals etc. We didn’t use it but there is also a nice outside seating space with bbq. Helpful and friendly hosts.

Edward’s house was an ideal location for a trip to Barry Island with our dogs. It was a short walk from the house down to Jackson’s Bay, a beautiful dog friendly beach with a fab Knotty Yachty cafe next to it. The house was very clean and well laid out with a good selection of cooking utensils. The small gravelled yard at the back of the house meant we could have the back door open. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Church View Cottage is in a lovely spot. It’s in the centre of town but very peaceful. I stayed for a month and it felt like home. Everything was spotless, the kitchen is well equipped, the shower is powerful and the bed is very comfortable. Neil and Marilyn are friendly and thoughtful hosts.

Wonderful house in a great location in Falmouth, would definitely recommend. Camille was a a great host.

Fiona was a lovely host giving informative ideas and letting us know exactly about the place and what can be done around the area. She was very amenable as we had two dogs of which one was a puppy. The house is a gorgeous place that is central to Ilfracombe. We found two amazing take aways whilst there and loved sitting in the lounge looking at the sea eating them - as the weather wasn’t great. We’d highly recommend a stay at Fiona’s place.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Glastonbury. The place was very clean, well- equipped, quiet and relaxing. It was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed having our meals outside sitting in the peaceful garden. Keith was a communicative and welcoming host.

There were eight of us, five adults and three children (aged 12-14). We had plenty of space and the house was as described. It rained most of the time, and we were able to spread out, or gather in the conservatory for board games, without any issues. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the heating worked well. We had three cars and only on one occasion did one of us have to park a short distance away. There is also a nearby play area for younger children. Debbie was a perfect host.
