From the moment we booked Vanessa was very responsive & knowledgeable. She was able to provide all the insight we needed to make our trip a memorable one. She went out of her way to make sure she was there when we checked in which was really nice & caring. She checked in with us via chat during our stay to make sure everything was going smooth. The view & villa were spectacular and all we needed as a couple to be able to rest & relax. If your a big beach person def recommend checking out Playa Cochal, a short commute from the villa. Everything at Jeff's was more than I expected. I am so grateful and thankful to him for sharing his Oasis with us, everything was out of this world. We spent our mornings at the beach enjoying the sunrise, followed by playing with Carver, and our afternoons in the beautiful pool. Our space was completely separate from Jeff's house, had a full kitchen, bathroom, AC and was clean. The location is walkable to the beach and restaurants, everything you need is close by. Jeff, and Carver, are so friendly and personable, his local knowledge was invaluable. He gave us tips on private beaches, delicious restaurants and different ways for us to enjoy everything Los Pargos has to offer. He really made our stay there so special and we will be visiting him again the next time we're in Costa Rica. Jeff truly cares about the space and wants his guests to experience Pura Vida, and it shows. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jeff, and Carver, for everything!!

Yesenia and her son are wonderful hosts. We were warmly welcomed by her son upon arrival and immediately felt welcome. The place corresponded exactly to the photos and description – everything was very clean and well maintained. For a short stay, everything necessary was available. The location is a bit outside the center, but pleasantly quiet. Everything was easily accessible by car. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Great recommendation! Ricardo is very accommodating and helpful. The place is very cute and you have everything you need, like a small beach house. The pool, balcony, peace and seating outside complete everything:) You need 5 minutes to get to the beach by car, which you can park right in front of the door. So perfect away from the place in the countryside, but still close to everything!!

The stay was great. The place is comfortable and has everything you need for a good experience. The location is good, close to the town of Liberia and very convenient to get around the area. Mrs. Cecilia's service was impeccable: always attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Scott and Natalia’s place in beautiful Santa Teresa! We stayed at 3 places in Costa Rica, and this was by far our favorite. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to everything, including the beach. It was very well maintained and they even suggested an amazing excursion. We rented ATVs and went to Montezuma and a ton of small towns on our own, with their suggestion. It was our favorite day of the trip! Lots of monkey and wildlife by the pool, and beautiful beach across the road. Do not hesitate to book this 100000/10 Airbnb. Great price too! Thanks again Scott and Natalia! We will be back with friends we hope.

Our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place. The house is tucked away in the jungle, surrounded by trees, palms, lush vegetation, and various animals. You can relax inside with air conditioning while enjoying the view through the large windows, or unwind on the spacious terrace and take in the natural surroundings. The interior was exactly as described - clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything listed. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Communication was excellent: quick responses, clear instructions, and even help guiding us to the house, which isn’t the easiest to find. There’s a beach nearby, and even the heart of the tourist area is within easy reach. You’ll definitely need a real 4x4 vehicle, as reaching the property requires crossing a stream several times - which can become more challenging during the rainy season. We would definitely choose this place again if we return to Costa Rica.

Karla is a wonderful host. She greeted us at her home and took us to our rental. She gave us a tour of the home and even left us fresh fruit & Coca-Colas. The home is beautiful but the backyard is the most magical part. Beautiful flowers and a beautiful seating area to hang out in. And the view of the river? Wow! Absolutely beautiful. My husband loved being able to walk down to the river to bird watch and my personal favorite was the tiny little frogs. It is an oasis! We had a very minor problem with some tiny ants, but Karla was quick to provide a solution. She is kind, responsive & all around the perfect host! She has also gone above & beyond to ensure that you feel safe with so many different safety measures. And I can’t forget to mention that the beds are so comfy! We all slept like babies! We love Karla and you will too!

This Airbnb is the perfect place to disconnect. The area is super quiet—ideal for relaxing and recharging. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Rodrigo was an amazing host—always attentive, quick to respond, and thoughtful about every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the stay great. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway away from the noise, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

If you find yourself in Puntarenas and have a taste for history and true hospitality, Casa Fait is the place to go. The house itself is beautifully and carefully restored to it’s early 20th century splendour, which is completely surreal given today’s reality of the fisherman town. The hosts are beyond welcoming and shared a lot of stories, recommendations, anecdotes and wisdom. It has been a great experience on our journey through Costa Rica.

Great villa. Community was beautiful & safe. Shared pool was lovely. 5min walk to the beach. Quick drive into town. Always appreciate coffee & sugar!

We enjoyed our stay at Skawak Sanctuary in Nosara. It was very peaceful sitting on the porch hearing all the sounds of nature including the ocean. We waited anxiously to see the monkeys who didn’t come over by us until the last day but we saw the whole troop of 15+. We enjoyed walking Playa Guiones and there were many great places to eat. We very much appreciated the tea kettle, coffee and a French press. Sunrise coffee shop was a personal favorite with amazing bowls. We did yoga at the Bodhi Tree 5 minutes away almost everyday. We are big yogis and the selection of classes and quality of teachers was amazing The place was hard for us to find when we arrived in the dark in pouring rain, but we made it with the directions provided. As noted in other reviews there is no laundry onsite and the bed was a bit too hard for my wife although fine for me. We came during the rainy season and the rain on the metal roof at night became quite loud all part of the jungle experience.

The back deck was spectacular and really became part of our trip. We saw lots of birds, including Toucans, and even Agoutis. My only real complaint had nothing to do with the house but rather the road beside it which was busy with motorcycles and other vehicles at night and in the morning.

Marcel and his dad was extremely helpful! The house was beautiful and being next to the main strip of jaco beach without the hassle was amazing. Would recommend again and again! I will definitely always stay here when returning to Costa Rica

The property was well-maintained, with easy access to everything I needed, and I always felt completely safe. Britt, the host, was exceptional—his communication was seamless from start to finish, and his recommendations were top-notch. Whether it was dining, excursions, or local tips, he ensured that I experienced the best of what this paradise has to offer. Yes, the cost was higher due to peak season, but honestly, the view alone made it worth every penny!

Beautiful condo, we felt like royalty! Serene, up high from the hustle and bustle of Jaco, but easily accessible to lots of shops and restaurants.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described if not better. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Communication with John was flawless; he was responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
