Vacation rentals with breakfast in Nicoya Peninsula

Gino is very kind, he really helped us through the entire check-in and stay process. The place is immaculate, surrounded by nature. The access to the Calle by the first entrance is a little complex for low carts, but you arrive perfectly by turning around the airport.

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

The view of the ocean was breathtaking and the whole house including Infiniti pool were so inviting we didn’t want to leave the house. Nice breeze most days as well. Ricardo was great at helping us arrange outings, including transportation. A car could be helpful to get around but we had a great local company that was able to take us everywhere we needed to go at a reasonable rate. The rain forest was a doable trip and there are numerous beaches within 15 minutes ride of the house. Loved our stay! It was also amazing to have breakfast included & prepared every morning and affordable dinners prepared at night as well.

Very comfortable, simple place was exactly what we needed for a few days in San Miguel. Easy arrival, exactly as described, and everything was cleaning and working.

My family and friends (10 adults and 3 kids ages 11, 7 and 4) stayed at this property for 6 nights in April 2025. It exceeded our expectations as a home base while we were in Costa Rica. The property was extremely spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the fire pit was something to look forward to every night. Josh, who provided a delicious breakfast every morning was wonderful and friendly. It was a wonderful way to start the day. We chose the property because it was only a 30-35 minute drive from the Liberia airport and we had friends leaving at different times during the week so I didn't want them to spend a ton of time traveling back and forth to the airport.

We have stayed at Casa Isabelita multiple times. It is always so peaceful. We hope to stay again.

The whole property was absolutely stunning and peaceful! Vero has done an amazing job at creating a secluded and relaxing stay. We spent 2 weeks in Costa Rica and only 4 days with Vero - we said we wished we would have spent the whole time at Calamocha! We will 100% be staying here again. Amazing stay and amazing host!

Danny is a super helpful and kind guy. He also gave us a lot of useful information for restaurants and beaches... The gentlemen who live under the apartment are very sweet, they prepared breakfast for us and washed our clothes with great pleasure. Highly recommended for the home and especially for hospitality

The apartment has all the amenities for a stay in Tamarindo. It is located next to the Sofia Restaurant, which is a great alternative to go to. The location is undoubtedly very convenient as it is a 100-meter walk from Playa Tamarindo and very close to Playa Langosta. Communication with the owners was very quick and they were always available. Even to provide us with some extra details for the house. Recommended for both a short or longer stay. This was a comfortable space with a great hot shower. The host is so friendly and a great communicator. I found this to be a good value and I would highly recommend the stay!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The atmosphere is peaceful, incredibly relaxing, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. This place is great. Location: beautiful next to místico however after 4pm the restaurant next door is closed. A car is needed. Parking is included. Room : the room is exactly as shown. It is clean and the AC works Staff: the front desk staff is great. They are friendly Overall would stay here again.

I loved, the place, the hosts, the dog, the peace. Felt right like family. I would definitely go back there another time when the occasion come. Absolutely nothing bad to about this experience.

Surrounded by lush jungle greenery and just minutes from the beach, it feels like a hidden gem where nature and comfort coexist perfectly. The container-based architecture is not only unique and stylish, but it also blends beautifully with the environment—modern, minimal, and eco-conscious. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle, sipping coffee on the deck, and walking to the waves in the morning made this stay unforgettable. The entire vibe is peaceful, grounding, and inspiring. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and deeply connected to nature. Can’t wait to come back—thank you for creating this slice of paradise!

One night stay was perfect here. Karla and Alberto made sure we were taken care of and provided a delicious breakfast with a great spread of food. Nice pool and weight area available. The location is ideal walking distance to the beach. Would return again.

This place is so special!! Wonderful hosts, gorgeous nature/property. We did the bioluminescent kayak tour and it was so magical - don’t skip it! Hosts were super communicative and helpful in our getting there, and made it so easy to arrange the tour and the breakfast add-ons. They recommended a walkable dinner spot for us that blew our minds it was so great. The unit is so cute and rustic in the best way, with the most incredible view. The steps down to the water and hangout/breakfast area are no joke, so definitely make sure you are prepared to go up them at least 1x per day.

Dalia was so nice and gave us a warm welcome. We felt like family! There was another woman there that was also extremely nice. The breakfast was perfect! Great pitstop 20 minutes away from the airport. We ordered an uber to the airport and it was nice and easy. If we need a spot near the airport in the future we will definitely be back here! My time at Joes place was enjoyable, the place is cozy and the people taking care of the place are lovely. Beach, cafes and great restaurants are all within few minutes walking. I would recommend!
