Apartment vacation rentals in Nicoya Peninsula

The aparment and area around are very convenient and nice. The garden is beautiful and there are multiple places to work and relax. Luis goes beyond to help and assist and made us feel at home at once. Everything was so easy and we loved everything about Luis’s place😄 We cannot recommend Trebolmar aparments enough!

Juan was very easy to communicate with . His place is very difficult to find but he send very helpful videos so we had no problem once we got close . The kitchen could use a few extra pots and a spatula. From the pictures I was under the impression it was a private pool for the apartment but it was right out front of his private residence. This was not too much of a problem though because he was very happy to have us swim anytime . There was also not a barbecue for the residence but again he was more then willing to let us use his private one .

Besides the clear instructions, easy access to the apartment, spotless amenities and utensils, and the quiet, peaceful environment within walking distance to beaches and supermarkets, the hosts were helpful and responsive during an emergency we had at night. They provided assistance and guidance when we needed it most.

Nat and Dane's Villa Vivos is absolutely beautiful. The included amenities were exceptional and our comfort was prioritized. The welcome basket is such a thoughtful inclusion amd we excited to cook our breakfast in the rancho. Everything was great, including their cute doggo Kiki, the frogs, and the geckos. As others mentioned, make sure to have a 4x4 for the ride up to the villas. The roads are steep in some areas but you quickly get used to it. We definitely recomment this beautiful listing.

We had a great stay at this little house, it was clean and comfortable, the little kitchen was well-stocked with appliances, and it’s only a short walk along the beach (at low tide) to the centre of Sámara. Natyarith was a great host, super helpful and responsive!

Had a good stay at Lucas' place. Its a cosy, simple apartment that has everything you need, away from the noise of the centre but walking distance to the centre avenue and the beach. There is a good gym nearby that offer weekly and daily passes (if that's your thing). There's also supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up. Lucas himself is super friendly and always responsive. From the moment I booked his place, to the moment I left. He also owns a surf shop, which I recommend checking out. I went kayaking and surfed for the first time ever! Which was tough, but good fun. Overall it was a great stay and I'd happily do it again. Pura Vida 🤙🏼

The stay was peaceful and accurate to the description, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would love to visit again! The apartment complex was very well decorated and has all necessary amenities, the host was kind and understanding.

Loved our stay. Very private. Felt safe and secure. Great home with everything you need for a great stay and to feel at home. Shower had hot water and the water is filtered and wonderful to drink. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable. The pool was great to cool off in the afternoons and the outdoor shower was lovely too. Sunrise cafe and la Luna in town are walkable and delicious. Easy walk to the beach. You need a 4x4 to navigate the roads everywhere in Costa Rica.

Fue nuestra primera vez en la zona y desde antes de reservarlo, Lorna fue muy atenta explicando y recomendando qué lugares visitar. En sitio te recibe Adonis quien en todo momento fue super atento, amigable y anuente a ayudarte en todo, desde dónde comer hasta cómo llegar a las playas y de paso enseñarte el lugar. Que dicho sea de paso es divino en medio de muchos árboles, sonido de pajaritos y visita de los monos aulladores. El apartamento está súper bien equipado, limpio, blanco y una luz natural hermosa. El pueblo tiene una vibra lindísima, la playa tiene muchas piedras pero ese es su encanto. La cereza en el pastel son Luna y Toby que te acompañan en las caminatas y la piscina entre una sombra muy apenas para relajarse en la tarde. Sin duda, volveremos 🫶🏼.

Son excelentes anfitriones, la próxima vez que vayamos a la zona nos quedaremos en la misma casa.

La Villa est grandiose! Les espaces extérieurs sont exceptionnels! La piscine, les singes, la douche extérieure tout est bien pensé! On se sent seul au monde! Tout est magnifique et l’hôte donne un service incroyable! Réservez, ça vaut le détour!

I spent 2 weeks at this beautiful place located in La Huacas, walkable to the beach and restaurants but tucked away from the comparative “busyness” of Nosara. The landscaping and surrounding jungle were perfect to watch birds and monkeys. Completely safe and luxurious accommodation in a newer build. I compared pricing for the area and feel this Airbnb provides a great deal more privacy and amenities than a hotel. Being able to cook for myself was a great benefit for me. I frequently had the property to myself. Owner was very responsive to communications. Note: Nosara has really grown since I was last there and construction is everywhere. This place was relatively quiet in comparison and I could enjoy the landscape in the immaculate garden view terrace. I loved the pool area for yoga and outdoor showers. At peak times, the main road is busy down below the house but this was never a concern. Encourage you to explore the views from La Huacas on quad or e-bike during your stay. Pura vida!

I can definitely recommend the accommodation. It looks even better than in the pictures. Everything is very modern and high quality for the price. Unfortunately there were quite a lot of ants in the kitchen when we arrived and there is no toaster. This could be improved but definitely worth the money.

Camille’s place is a little slice of heaven. We loved it especially the gorgeous pool area. Truly beautiful and the compound feels very safe. Camille’s family were slightly and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10!

Stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! Can’t beat the view while also having proximity to the beach and the great towns of Puerto Carrillo and Sámara. We spent 2 hours one evening watching the moneys from our room which was a great time. The place itself is clean and spacious. And our hosts were very friendly and helpful!

Amplio parqueo, seguridad privada, excelente mantenimiento de las zonas verdes, áreas comunes y el apartamento todo muy nuevo. Excelente atención de Michelle.

El lugar está muy cerca de playas preciosas, sin ruido innecesario, alojamiento igual a lo ofertado en la página, limpio, bien equipado, muy buena atención de Andrés para todas las inquietudes que tuvimos, las instalaciones muy limpias y seguras. Definitivamente volvería en fechas futuras. Sí es recomendable tener vehículo alto para éstas fechas con lluvia, para poderse trasladar dentro de la zona, ya que la calle de entrada es de lastre

We had an incredible stay here! We were a large group of four families and Elvis was so helpful and accommodating. It was perfect for our few days in Monteverde! The balcony view was beautiful.

Logan’s place was an absolute paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The pool is amazing and a lot of fun! The garden is beautiful and brings so many different kinds of nature to watch. We saw something different everyday. His staff is very helpful and friendly. It was the best place to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Thank you!

The condo was great! Very well equipped ( details down to night lights in the bathroom). Beach chairs and umbrella were very convenient as all beaches in Costa Rica have public access. The view from the veranda is beautiful and we had breakfast and did some bird watching from there every morning! The Garrett Group is very communicative, especially after booking. Replied very quickly to all our queries while there. One word of advice, that had nothing to do with the Garrett Group, if you have very young children, try and get a lower unit as the veranda railing has a gap of over 8” at the bottom, and toddlers need to be watched very carefully. We also enjoyed the club once ( for the day) and the prices at the restaurants for lunch and dinner were quite reasonable compared to other places in town, and you get the added 25 US$credit per person on food. All and all, a great stay! Thank you very much to the Garrett Group.

Un apartamento super amplio y cómodo, impecable, con una ubicación muy conveniente. La pasamos muy bien, y el host esta pendiente a cualquier pregunta que uno tenga. ¡Se los recomiendo a todos!
