Monthly Rentals in Nice

Absolutely loved staying at Yasmina's apartment. The location is great, the place was spotless, great air con, and fantastic art on the walls throughout the apartment, loved it, loved it, loved it. I will definitely be returning!

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Stayed here for the Monaco grand prix, price was very good compared to others around. Location was also very good only being a short walk from the train station where i could get trains to and from Monaco each day. Room perfectly matched the descriptions and photos on listing and had all amenities stated. Great little room for one person at a decent price with everything you need and walkable distance to shops, transport and tramway to nice airport, would definitely stay again and thankyou for my stay

The views are awesome and the bus connection is great. The kitchen is well stocked, although there is no sharp knife. The bed is very saggy. My girlfriend took an ibuprofen last night because she had such a backache and I'm also fully tense. I don't want to ruin Arnaud's score because he was friendly, the value for money was good and the location is unbeatable. But the bed or chair that is fixed with tape just doesn't work. Cleanliness was fine. The lamp above the bed has probably never been dusted.
