Kid-friendly vacation rentals in New River

Our entire stay was great! We had one little hiccup trying to get the door entry code for arrival, but the Eden Team stayed on it, and we eventually got it. I did have a friend who previously stayed in this house and highly recommended it. So, I was very confident we were going to a nice home. The house was just as described with plenty of room and all of the amenities. The master bedroom was beautiful with a full large bathroom attached to it. The other three bedrooms were very roomy with mattresses that varied from soft to firm. Kitchen and appliances were fine, and we used the pool and hot tub every day. Plenty of places to grocery shop, eat, gas, etc. all no more than 15 minutes away. One mistake we made was not thoroughly reading the "Get Started" link that the Eden Team sent us that described information about the house. I found myself asking questions of the Eden Team that were already answered in the "Get Started" link. The Eden Team was very courteous answering my questions

husband and I visited for our anniversary and it was lovely! Kellie was super helpful and communicative throughout the duration. it was nice sit in the hot tub and look at the stars and she even left a couple bottles of wine for us:) I 100% recommend this place to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful area and surroundings! It was so peaceful and we felt right at home! After long days out on the lake, it was a short drive back to relax in the pool and grill out, so perfect! We will definitely come back!

This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

Great location for my brother and me to spend time with our father in Anthem. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kandy was a great host. Very responsive. The community pool was an easy walk from the house, and it was quiet and well-maintained. We appreciated that the house was within walking distance of an Albertson's grocery store. Hope we can stay here again!

Our group of 11 girls had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, easily accommodating us all, with stunning, high-end finishes and impeccable cleanliness. The host was super responsive, promptly addressing our two questions. The surroundings were serene, quiet, and breathtaking, making the property a peaceful retreat. We recommend renting a car, as Ubers are hard to come by. Roughly 10-15 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars, and an hour from PHX airport. We’re already looking forward to returning!

In town for my niece's graduation from Boulder Creek. The location provided easy access to family and friends in North Phoenix and Anthem. Clean, comfortable home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to grocery stores and restaurants. Coffee while listening to the pool waterfall feature made for tranquil mornings. The home had everything we needed. Care for the home is evident! Having the garage available for parking is a bonus! (Keeping the car cool in the AZ heat was lovely!) Would absolutely stay again. Thank you for your attention to detail and communication. Greatly appreciated! 😀

This home was beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was very clean and the temperature was perfect. The beds were comfortable with clean sheets and comforters. The towels were plush and had extras in the closet. Swimming towels were also provided. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes/cooking utensils/pots and he even provided coffee with the Keurig. The home is located in an ideal location for going south to Phoenix/Scottsdale or north to Sedona/Grand Canyon. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the upper patio with a beautiful view of the mountains. I had a few questions and the owner responded very quickly.

Awesome place to stay with lots of shopping in the area. The complex has multiple pools/hot tubs that are amazing for hot summer days.

This was such a treat staying at Ana’s place. She made us feel right at home. I can’t believe how kind and generous she was throughout the whole stay. It was gorgeous and so so clean. If we get a chance we will for sure book again. Loved everything about it. 100/10! ❤️❤️❤️

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. The host was great, check-in was very easy and it was near everything we had planned. We enjoyed this place it was very cute.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Joel ( and his place) were absolutely amazing! I was in a pinch with my current living situation and Joel let me check in early, was very, very communicative, and the living space was absolutely perfect! I only wish I could have stayed longer but I know if I need a place to stay in the future and in the same area, I will choose Joel's place hands down!

Our family went for my sisters graduation to AZ. We love Scottsdale so this is a great place to stay if you like the area. The pool is a plus and it is very quite area. Very clean place.

A little glitch at the beginning with the cleanliness, but Sherman was responsive (even on Easter Sunday), resolved the situation promptly and was very fair in providing a credit for the inconvenience. Overall, the experience was wonderful!

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!

Amazing spot the view was INSANE the pictures will never do it justice. Anthony was very helpful and quickly responsive. Will definitely be coming back soon!
