Perfect location for a wedding we attended at El Chorro. The apartment was a comfortable, quiet place to retreat to. We used and appreciated the information on nearby restaurants and the guidebook to local hikes that Karah provided.

Shaayna’s place was super clean which is something 100% important! Clean bathroom and tub/shower! Clean appliances! It’s located in a very peaceful area! Check in is pretty easy and WiFi is great! You’ll love it here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful casita! It’s cozy, clean, and full of charm—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). Jeffery was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this little gem for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We’d definitely love to return!

We had an incredible stay with Christina and Erik in Phoenix and they were both such great hosts. The guest house is beautifully updated, spotless, and offers a stunning view of the backyard and surrounding mountains. My son especially enjoyed watching the horses and chickens right from our window, and we loved how peaceful and private everything felt—despite being just a 10-minute drive from the city. We’ll absolutely be staying here again when we’re back in the area!

what a hidden gem! the pictures don't do this place justice! there were so many thoughtful things in place that weren't even in the listing! owners went above and beyond expectations.The bed & linens were incredible, i didn't wanna wake up! Pet-friendly, my lil girl felt right at home.There was even complimentary cold waters, coffee, creamer, wine, snacks, CHOCOLATE! if you forgot toiletries, they had everything covered for that as well! I only needed a safe place to stay the night before heading back from a quick trip, but I'm already planning another visit with this place in mind! I feel terrible that I forgot to write in the guest book,but hopefully this can be printed out and added to their huge book of testimonials! I really am incredibly blown away by this place! it was a last minute quick find after another location canceled last minute on me, but I truly believe it was meant to be. it was like visiting a close relative's home with all the attention to details! loved it!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems at all finding the place. Area was very quiet and private also. Would absolutely stay again if needed!

This great place was close to everything that i wanted to do, see and eat! Spotless, no clutter, cold A/C, and huge TV’s! Quiet area, parking spaces, and it had a washer and dryer! Comfy bed and pillows had me sleeping on a cloud every night! I definitely want to stay here again! Check in and out is easy and host is great with fast response.

Luis has such a cute, cozy, comfortable, clean and quiet place. I needed a place to stay for a couple of days while my floors were getting installed. The decor and colors were so warm & lovely and the location was convenient. The studio has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Great staycation for me. I'll definitely stay there again and recommend to out of town guests.

Cute little place - cool experience to stay in a container! We packed light so space wasn’t an issue for us. Enjoyed sitting on the porch when the sun went down. Very clear communication from the host which I appreciate and well stocked with anything you’d need!

Eric was super responsive and helpful in every way ! Would def return! Easy to get to downtown phoenix and we did Scottsdale one day super easy with uber!

Staying at Bradley’s place was seamless, and in a great location near where I needed to be. Bonus points for the really effective split air A/C.! Bradley was also very responsive with any questions that I had. Thanks so much, I’ll be back.

Spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom (with huuuge private patio) in the heart of the Garfield neighborhood. A short walk to downtown and public transit. There are 2 yummy restaurants literally on the same block. Kyle provides detailed instructions and great recs. I’d encourage others to stay here if you want to be centrally located in an accommodating bungalow.

Martin was very accommodating, his guest house was exactly what we needed. He made us feel at home. His rescue dog and I made friends quickly, a sweet lovable pup. My boyfriend and Martin hit it off right away. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come into town

My extended stay (~11days) at this Casita was relaxing and quiet. Just the right size for a bachelor like me, or a couple traveling to Phoenix alone to visit some family or explore. The space is small, but not tiny. There’s plenty of room to spread out, but not enough to clutter. You will run into rental neighbors in the main house, mine all left me alone, and rarely used the communal outdoor spaces. I’ll definitely look at renting this Casita again if/when visiting the Phoenix area again.

Joel's place is spectacular. Very nice area, close to Carefree and Cave Creek. The quarters are super nice with high ceilings. Really enjoyed the stay there and I can totally recommend this place to anyone who likes nature and a quiet place.

This guest house was the perfect place to rest our head after a long day of driving. The whole place was spotless and organized. Appreciated the AC unit immensely - cooled down the space within minutes. Shower was lovely. Even got a load of laundry done! Paige & Mike’s place is a great Phoenix stay. I highly reccomend it.

I did not travel far but wanted to stay somewhere other than my house. With two dogs, big & small, finding a nice place plus pets allowed is rare. The photos appear to be outdated cuz the place was even better in person. Surreal stay for me as it stirred up some unexpected emotions. I was fortunate to have the entire outdoor space all to myself majority of the time. Allowing the boyz🐶 to rome free. Because I live not far I had some reservations on the location, however, I was pleasantly surprised & relieved once I arrived. Their outside space has an inviting energy & the butterfly casita was super cute w/a warm homey vibe. The garden casita appeared to have a more crisp contemporary look/feel to it. (Absolutely I looked in the open blinds!) The shared space outside had more than enough places to sit & still have some privacy or come together & meet new people during one’s travels. 🍻 There is a house in front w/a private back patio if you prefer too! I recommend this space. Thank yo

No detail was missed on this property, it’s very clear that Donna takes pride in this property. I felt right at home immediately with everything I could need and more . The property is exactly like the pictures and located close to downtown with access to a lot of restaurants and attractions. She is a very responsive host and I felt safe the entire duration of my stay ! I will definitely check back into this listing for any future stays in Phoenix ! Thank you !

Lovely place to take in the views of the surrounding area. The apt. is well appointed and comfy. Nearby are markets and plenty of restruants to choose from. A real gem of a place.
