Located in a new HOA governed neighborhood. The safest neighborhood in Phoenix...Very beautiful! Award winning Park nearby. Plenty of great restaurant options and an outlet mall within 5 mile distance. 25-30 mins from downtown Phoenix.

The host was quickly responsive to my messages and I felt right at home in a clean, safe space. I even had some deliveries made directly to the casita and it worked out very well. I would definitely stay there again!”

Dan and Susan have crafted an amazing casita with top-notch utilities and amenities throughout, a true luxury getaway just north of Phoenix! Everything inside is new and clean from the furniture to the kitchenware, and the kitchen and bathroom are simply gorgeous. It’s a true home away from home indeed. Then outside you have access to their unbelievable backyard, with fire pits, BBQ, pool and high-end lounge chairs, and desert vista views that never end. We even met the two new donkeys on the property - Kona and Joe! Plus they have a fun little hot tub setup in the open-air courtyard, a perfect relaxation spot any time of day or night. The only reason that I don’t want to recommend Dan & Susan’s place is so that it won’t be booked the next time I want to stay there, but it’s definitely THE place to stay in the area! Beautiful getaway surrounded by mountains in a private casita. Located close to everything yet with a country feel. There are a number of hiking and mountain biking trails a few miles away and plenty of restaurants nearby. We are located 40 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor and 15 minutes from the tourist towns of Cave Creek and Carefree. Ben Avery Shooting Range is about 7 miles away. Scottsdale is an easy 30 minute drive and Sedona and Prescott are 1 1/2 hours.

The pool was perfect and the hot tub was great with some beautiful views of the sunrise. Tom and Vicki went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome experience at their place. We also enjoyed petting their dogs. Would definitely come back again.”
