Winter closure from January 7th to February. Limited operation from February until the Easter holidays. The house is alive, so noises (e.g. woodworm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
