The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. The apartment offers the possibility for vacation, relaxation and creative work. Furthermore, we offer "Impulses for partnership" on request.

Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Just being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right at the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Experience a unique stay in a stylishly furnished tiny house: here you will find space to breathe, recharge and BE. You can expect a king-size bed with a view of the countryside, a rain shower with a forest view, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace to feel good. Surrounded by a lot of nature & greenery. Listen to the birds chirping, pick fresh herbs or feed the chickens and pigs of our small farm. Here you can leave everyday life behind.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

“Temporary apartment”: living in the city center. This perfectly designed apartment (34m²) offers all the comfort you need. The modern eat-in kitchen forms the centerpiece. Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft (20m2) für bis zu drei Personen. Das Appartement befindet sich im Souterrain eines zweigeschossigen Hauses. Es wurde alles 2022 renoviert. Bahnhof, City, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Spielplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich wunderschöne Rad- und Spazierwege an der Ybbs.
