Villa vacation rentals in Narrabeen

Our family had a beautiful holiday here and we would certainly come back again. The apartment had 2 full bathrooms including a separate toilet in the laundry downstairs which was great for our big family. The size of the apartment was comfortable and the view was better than expected with direct walk down to the beach. We were also impressed with the amount of products that were left to use. It was clean and homely. A couple of things to consider if you have children under 5, elderly or disabled people staying. All living is top level with a decent staircase to get there. Take a baby gate to keep your little ones safe. There are many stairs and a sloping grass hill to get to the beach. Not a problem for the average person but we had to be very careful with our young kids. There is no direct access to the park with the playground and BBQ so a short walk along the road or up the road from the beach can access however I would not recommend walking if wanting to BBQ.

Jill’s place is a lovely, quiet, and secure place to stay and she made us feel right at home. It’s only a short walk to the main shopping centre (which has a wide range of food options), as well as the train station, which gives you access to to several train lines (making getting around all points of Sydney so easy). A great location with two friendly four legged friends. 🙂

We had an excellent 28-day stay at Kylie’s villa. It’s in beautiful condition, with modern fixtures and fittings, and everything in the kitchen you need to feel right at home. Its in a great spot too, can easily walk up to Caringbah station but also down to Cronulla and the beach, there is a lovely café/bakery and butcher at the end of the street. Thanks for a great stay Kylie and for being an amazing host!

Greg is a wonderful host, and so flexible with my 2am check-in, he even left the light on for us. The self contained flat has everything you need, and some! Greg has thought of everything! Beautiful, comfortable bed and linen. The flat is well kitted out and feels private and comfortable. My only regret was that I was there for business rather than pleasure, I would love to stay for just a bit of rest and rejuvination. I 100% recommend staying here if you want value for money and a friendly reception from your host.

Alan was a great host. Available at all times to answer questions. The duplex was extremely clean and still smelt new. We were very comfortable in the house in terms of bedrooms available and size of living area. We felt safe and secure at this location. Even though the house is located on one busy road the house is very well insulated from the noise of the cars. There are designated work areas in two of the bedrooms which we found very practical and everything was very clean. The minor issues we had with wifi were addressed by Alan immediately and he even got a repair person to attend to rectify the issue with a few hours of us reporting it. A great host and a very comfortable stay. Thank you Alan.

It was a beautifully done up hideaway in a well-located place not too far from a pretty beach with an off-lead area for dogs right at the end. While it might be oddly specific, the underfloor heating of the bathroom was very welcome in this cold season. Our two furbabies really loved running around the yard too.

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

We had a great time and will be returning as soon as we can, the house was fitted out with everything you needed and there was no need to leave except to visit the beach. Highly recommend Sugarcane Beach House!!

A fantastic staycation for our team. Loved our morning walks around the area, grabbing coffee down by the water, enjoying afternoon drinks on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen. St Siandra is a short 15 min walk and highly recommended for a lovely long lunch (simply walk up the road to upper spit road and take the righthand track at the end of the road down to the road where it's an easy walk down to the spit). Whilst the garage is on the main road there are large breaks in traffic. We loved our time here.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was very clean and the location and the view were both amazing. The hosts were top-notch with their communication and were very accommodating, making our experience hassle-free. Hopefully we can stay again in the future but highly recommend this property.

Our stay was amazing the view from the property was to die for, Alex was super quick to respond and was accomodating in every way. The house was clean and tidy it has endless amounts of activities we could do at the property from kayaking to playing pool and fuse ball. Highly recommend this place!

I can't recommend William's place enough. He and his wife hosted me over Christmas and New year 2022/23. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is beautiful and spotless.

Cemine's place was exactly as described! It is a hidden gem, 15mins to Olympic Park, 30mins to CBD, large garden, close to shops and cafes and restaurants, and wonderful amenities o on site! All of this, and is also very private and quiet! One note is that there is only street parking available, however there are many street parking spaces available.

Bruno was the best host we’ve ever had (and we stay in AirBnBs a lot!). Bruno and his wonderful family went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas stay was special. We loved the spacious home with incredible views of Garigal National Park. The location is perfect to do all the things Sydney has to offer. It’s an easy 20 minute drive to Manly where you can ferry to basically anywhere. We even made a day trip to the Blue Mountains, which was so enjoyable. There are walkable shops and restaurants. It’s beautiful and hilly, so it’s also a nice little exercise too! It’s close to some beautiful hikes as well. We comfortably slept 11 adults and an infant. The house is very big, and we used the perfect temperature pool every single day. We loved the place and are already talking about coming back! Thanks Bruno and family for being so fabulous!

We loved our stay at Alexander’s place in Magenta Shores, he was an amazing host, very quick to respond to any messages and tried to be flexible where he could. The house itself was spotlessly clean, modern furnishings and in a great location within the resort (overlooking the main lagoon pool). Unfortunately the heated indoor pool was out of action during our stay, however we made good use of all other facilities, our two young boys really enjoyed the pools and playground. My only small gripe is that we found the beds to be rather uncomfortable, as they were quite soft, however this is a minor issue. We would definitely stay again!

Family villa @ Magenta is a lovely gem. Located in a great location so it is easy to walk to all the pools, beach and facilities but very peaceful. The villa has been freshly painted and a renovated bathroom, everything you need for a great stay is provided. Highly recommended!
