Converted Rural Barn

We had a great time in Llangadog. The accommodation was brilliant, with plenty of space and all the necessary things to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed playing board games in the garden :-) Miranda was an outstanding host. Communication before and after our arrival was easy, and she made us feel right at home. Highly recommended.
A lush green field is filled with vibrant bluebells, with patches of white flowers interspersed among them. Tall grass frames the scene, while trees provide a natural backdrop, creating a serene and inviting outdoor space.

Tranquil getaway near Brecon Beacons

CarolineRating, 5 stars16 months ago
Daniel's place is a wonderful place to spend a few days - even longer! The grounds are huge and great for adventures - a river, woods, farmland - great for kids and dogs. The house is also HUGE - so much space! We felt very spoilt for choice - whether we dined in the formal dining room or in the large kitchen next to the warm Aga - what a treat. We went in February and didn't find it cold at all, the radiators were warm and Daniel has blankets and dressing gowns ready for you if you get chilly. We didn't explore too much around the area as plenty to do straight from the house, so it was nice not to get in the car again. Thanks Daniel - we will hopefully be back!

We booked this stay for us and our dogs, we met the hosts in the evening and they were very friendly and gave us recommendations for what to do the next day. They were always on hand if we needed anything and the dogs there are lovely. Perfect location and very chill, and would definitely stay again.

Flowyn Shepherds Hut

Due to a lengthy drive, I had to mess Stephen around slightly with my arrival time, he was very patient with me and although I turned up three hours later than I originally had planned, Stephen still greeted me immediately upon entry. Due to very clear instructions I found the parking straight away (and there was plenty of room). Stephen gave me a detailed breakdown of all the nearby pubs and restaurants, and also gave me advice on when, I climbed Pen Y Fan the following morning, and Stephen gave me advice on the length of the climb, and what time I should arrive for sunrise. Overall was a lovely stay, and I would thoroughly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this charming cottage! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing—just what we needed for a getaway. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend and would love to come back!
