Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Mount Rushmore

The “Home in Hermosa” was absolutely stunning. It exceeded all expectations. Everything we needed for our stay to explore the state and national parks! Jana was very quick to respond to any questions we had. 10 out of 10 would recommend. If we ever come back out here “the home in Hermosa” will be our 1st choice! The Roses

Susanne’s house is amazing. I am a clean freak and this surpassed my standards. The house is super cute and well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and the house is super cozy. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend this house to everyone. Susanne is very sweet, kind, and extremely responsive. A wonderfully curated space that draws you in from the moment you arrive! Warm, cozy, and inviting. A place that feels like home. Lots and lots of special touches, too many to list! Jenna’s place is a perfect get-away for my husband and I. The place is spotless, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Easy drive to restaurants and attractions, but secluded surrounded by trees and wildlife. This is our second stay here and will definitely stay again.

Sophie and Josh were fantastic, easy to communicate with, and had a nice clean unit. They were very friendly, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had our needs met.

I gotta say I was nervous because it was a last minute pick but it should’ve been my first… great location the views from the front porch were amazing and it was an overall cozy peaceful stay after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely book this stay again in a heartbeat if I come back to visit!!!

Great and cozy place to stay. Kathy and Blake are great people and very friendly. We trailed our motorcycle to S.D and it rained several days while we were there. They allowed us to use their garage for the motorcycle. Quiet place with a great view. Close enough to all the sites you would want to visit near Rapid City. Nicely decorated, felt like home.

Angie made sure we had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful place. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Clear communication on the stay, check in and out process! Everything in the home was clean and organized and in a great spot!

Quiet and peaceful with a backyard full of cotton-tail rabbits and the occasional deer. Safe neighborhood. We were hauling a trailer, and were able to leave the trailer while we took in some of the sights, and never once worried about. Clean,cute and would recommend.

This AirBNB was amazing!!! We have stayed in many AIRBNB & VRBO's and this by far was this most well organized & stocked. We always bring the most common items that others never carry. We did not have to use one item that we brought. Everything was stocked and actually overstocked in a good way. Allison was very very on the spot with communicating. This cabin was up to date for a very rustic cabin. We were looking for the rustic and it met 100% of our expectations. This was a perfect area to stay in for us because we were just close enough to take in the sights but did not have to put up with traffic and large groups of people. My grandson loved the bunkbeds, since he doesn't have them at home. The master bedroom bed was absolutely perfect. Probably the best bed we have ever slept in. Most of the time they are lumpy, too soft and just miserable. This bed did not fall into any bad categories. I wish we had been able to stay longer but we WILL be back. THANK YOU ALLISON !!!!!!

We visited the Needle Highway, Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse. It was very close to these attractions. We saw wild turkeys and a marmot which we thought were beautiful in the yard. The place was very clean and spacious. The hot tub worked great. It was the best Airbnb we have ever been too.

We had a great stay. Host reached out ahead of time to make sure we had all the info we needed, and was very quick to call us when we needed something during our stay to make sure it was sorted out. If you’re looking for a remote, beautiful place to have a genuine Black Hills stay, this is a great spot. Great views, super cool cabin with lots of privacy. Very close to Keystone and pretty central to hiking and landmarks.

Great stay. Hosts were very gracious and warm. Cabins are on their farm, plenty of opportunities for our daughters to interact with goats, cows, etc. Cabins are very clean, and we enjoyed the delicious farm fresh chicken and duck eggs. Location is a bit outside of Rapid City but equidistant to a number of local attractions. There is a great swimming area with diving cliffs near by. It is well water supplied but not a big deal to us. Over all, extremely satisfied.

The cabin is just adorable and much more roomy than you would think. It has everything you need. There are laundry facilities on the property. It’s very close to the Mount Rushmore area and Rapid City. I would very much recommend staying!!

A very peaceful place with smooth check in logistics, smart use of space, and a responsive host. Can't ask for more than than that! 5 stars, would definitely stay here again.

My son loved staying at Squirrel Hill so much several years ago that he actually asked to come back for his high school graduation trip. The spot is perfect and the host is so friendly. We will definitely be back!
