Light and Bright! Convenient Arvada location near multiple walking/bike paths with easy access to the Rocky Mountains, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Downtown Denver, Faith Christian Church/Academy and charming Olde Town Arvada. With all the conveniences of home, you can make this property your home away from home. I live in the basement and if you book my home, you WILL hear me. It is similar to staying in a hotel. Strictly NO PARTIES allowed. My small dog is terrified of overly loud noises.

Private, adorable studio! Walkable to Olde Town!

The Sky Studio is a unique, light and airy studio. It is decorated beautifully with artwork depicting things found in the SKY! It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a full-sized shower. It has a comfortable queen-sized bed. It is surprisingly spacious, with numerous seating options. A 15–20-minute walk to restaurants, bars and the "G line" light rail that takes you to Union Station in Denver. The heart of Olde Town Arvada is amazing and is a pedestrian only walking mall!

Two bedroom, one bath in a duplex. Owners live on other side. Recently remodeled with off street parking. Covered patio which doubles as covered parking in winter. Grill and patio table. We are across the street from a nice park, close to a large bike path network, less than a mile from Olde Town Arvada with shopping, dining and a light rail station with access to downtown Denver. 20 minute drive to downtown Denver and to Red Rocks amphitheater. About 70 miles to skiing.
