Monthly Rentals in Mount Crested Butte

Place was well stocked. The Facility is a bit older and further away from downtown. The unit was updated and comfortable. Roads from downtown were not lit and it was snowing so that was challenging. We were only there for one night. I’d recommend to visitors just be aware that it is NOT downtown and bc we were there during shoulder season everything closes early. Erin was a great host. I would recommend.

Excellent clean ski studio across from CB base with a free shuttle.

Everything made for an easy, peaceful, enjoyable trip. There is a gift store if you forget anything, walking distance to ice cream and live music, free and easy parking, pool/hot tub, no need for elevators, the free bus makes everything accessible, ski valet, happy hour in the sunshine, ability to come back and make lunch. I could go on! The unit is nice - it's not too noisy on the first floor with the plug-in fan - and is just a few feet from the pool/hot tub, which is so nice. The finishing touches from Hunter really make it special - the lighting, more soundproof/decorative wood wall, and the paint, and kitchen appliances. The functionality of the space was also nice - the murphy bed is super easy to use and the kitchen is easy to keep clean. The building could use some minor cosmetic updates and a nice deep cleaning. And it would be awesome if the restaurant was decent. Otherwise, amazing few days stay. Thank you!

This condo was PERFECT for a spring break ski week at Crested Butte. It’s right at the base, close to Red Lady lift and Silver Queen lift. The kitchen was well-stocked for meal prep and the bed was insanely comfortable. Eric was responsive and quick with fixes for any issues we encountered. If you’re here to read about the August Home app: relax. Just download it before you arrive and it’ll work just fine. You’re more likely to lose a physical key than your phone. We’ll definitely be looking for Eric’s place the next time we’re in the area!
