Newly built Attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

The cottage is located a stone's throw from the shore of Lake Vättern with Omberg as a fund and with the beautiful plain that spreads out around Borghamn. We look forward to meeting 2025 with upcoming guests and please do not hesitate to look at the listing and contact me for any requests. This will be our 10 year hosting our cottage and we have through these years met so many nice guests from near and far. Guests who describe the area as beautiful and peaceful. Nearby there is a stone industry that is in use.

In our beautiful beach house you live so close to the lake, you can hear the sound of the waves. The house is 70 m from the beach, the longest "lake beach" in Scandinavia. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. Cozy area right next to Göta Kanal

Nybyggt rum i lugnt o lummigt området intill Göta Kanal vid Gamla Motala Verkstad. Rummet har egen ingång, toalett, kök o tillgång till parkering. Bäddsoffa för 2 o en familjevåningssäng med 2 bäddar. Här bor du 280 m från vår " local pub" Mallboden, stans mysigaste fik där du kan avnjuta allt från våfflor till vin, trubadurer o quisskvällar. Önskar ni hyra kajak eller sup har Linda uthyrning 200 m från boendet. Närhet till mataffärer, pizzerior o 5 km till Nordens största insjöbad, Varamon.

Cabin for 2-4 people at Varamobaden. New kitchen and modern toilet/shower/washing machine. Two single beds in the loft and a single bed and sofa bed 140 cm in the living room. 150 meters to nice sandy beach at Vättern with access to restaurants and public barbecue areas. Parking and entrance towards Furulid's parking/places. Public electric car charging is available in the area, can also be arranged privately at cost. Reduced price for the week. Cleaning and breakfast are not included.

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. We, the hosts, live 5min walk from the house. We will be happy to show the house and answer any questions you might have.

Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. Small cottage on the host family's property. Smaller bedroom with a loft bed 120+80, small living room with TV and sofa bed 140x200cm. Closet in both rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. Toilet and shower with water heater. Furnished patio with roof. Only 150 meters to the lovely Varamostranden beach with access to swimming in clear water, shallow sandy bottom perfect for families. There are 2 restaurants nearby by the water.

White guest house in Sya

The little white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm big and contains most amenities you need for a few nights. Outside you will find a small undisturbed patio with the raspberry land as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden which offers impact auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.
