I would give Raymond’s place a 6 star out of 5 as we had a spectacular stay at his place. The place was beautiful , immaculate, very tastefully decorated and close to great restaurants and beaches. He was very responsive and let us drop off our luggage prior ! The house was perfectly beach ready and our celebratory trip also became magical as my daughter got engaged during our day at the beach during our stay !

Diana was an amazing host. She had great communication with me throughout the trip and was very resourceful too. Her place had a lovely view of the ocean and I really enjoyed waking up to that view. Quiet neighborhood and her home was within walking distance to some restaurants. Diana was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend booking with Diana if you’re looking to stay in or near summerland. Beautiful views and affordable.

Very pleased with my recent stay at The Channel Islands Beach Retreat. As soon as I entered the property I felt like I was in a secret garden oasis. Absolutely loved all the amenities and comfort of the home. The beds were a dream! I slept so well. I hope to stay here again in the future because I was so impressed! Cute little place with great views! Parking was easy and the room itself was great with a comfy bed. The WiFi was very weak for us, so just be aware if you’re planning to do work from the Airbnb. Otherwise we loved it!

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

Julie’s place is amazing!!! Better than expected. College friend reunion. We really enjoyed the pool and the yoga studio and outdoor area. Julie is a delight!

This home is so cozy and magical! The location is perfect - tucked away in the most serene neighborhood and only 10 minutes to downtown. The space itself was beautiful and homey, we absolutely loved the outdoor space and the outdoor shower. Shannon was a great host - would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Sandy and Joy’s place was fabulous! The home is comfy and centrally located to the downtown area and beaches. The rooftop deck was a great spot for our family to hangout and enjoy the sun and sunsets. Joy is very easy to work with and is very responsive to requests. We’ll stay here again on a future Santa Barbara trip.

This apartment is unbelievably adorable! Super clean, charming, and centrally located. The beds were so comfy too. Would definitely stay here again. They even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. 5 stars all around!

Amazing stay! The apartment is located right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach — you can literally walk out and feel the sand under your feet. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee with a sea view. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway!

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!
