We had a wonderful stay in Montecito while helping our daughter move during the busy UCSB graduation weekend! The apartment was absolutely perfect—clean, beautifully decorated, and tucked away in a peaceful, charming neighborhood. It offered the perfect mix of comfort and luxury, and we truly felt at home. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Santa Barbara, UCSB, and the stunning beaches. The area was easily walkable to local dining and shops. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio and relaxing evenings with ocean breezes after the festivities. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. This trip was such a special moment for our family, and staying here made it even more memorable. We will be back! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area—especially for UCSB families!

Elena’s place was amazing. Located close to the beach, but set back from the street in a lush green courtyard/Oasis that is meticulously maintained. The unit is peaceful, comfortable, clean, and maintained with pride. The beach is 1/2 block away, so morning swims and sunset walks are at your fingertips!! management is professional, on point, friendly. These guys are pros, and it shows!!

Great place, great location, walking distance to the beach. Multiple, good food options within walking distance as well. Place was very clean and binder was very clear on all expectations and rules.

The space was very clean and nicely designed! There were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and the electric fireplace definitely was a nice touch. Matthew was super helpful and responsive when the power went out and we were having issues finding the breaker panel, which was conveniently actually in the kitchen.

This place is a hidden gem in Santa Barbara. Beautiful neighborhood, home has great outdoor and indoor space. I felt right at home. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would choose to stay here next time over other places.

Location, location, location! You are located between 101 exits so no matter which direction you want to go you are quickly on the freeway. Or, if don’t mind a mile walk along the beach, you can walk to State St and all the restaurants. It was so convenient!

Brandon’s condo was a very cute place in the center of everything. They thought of every detail for their guests to make them feel like home. My friends and I had a great time and would highly recommend it. Downtown Santa Barbera is not too far either.

This was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend stay in Santa Barbara! A group of us were in town for a friend’s wedding and this place was walkable distance to all fo the activities on the Main Street! So many things to do nearby and the place felt very safe and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

Booked this for a birthday getaway and we had a fantastic time! The place was full of comfortable and cozy accomodations. It was so close to the beach and downtown area. We were able to walk everywhere because it was safe and quiet. We cooked meals at home to enjoy and we also ate out at the local restaurants. There was so much to do and see!

Angela’s place was superb. Super comfortable and well equipped. Perfect location, a short walk to the beach. Angela was friendly, efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend her place and will hopefully stay there again.

Carolyn and Mo were excellent host!! Very friendly and helpful with anything you need!! I definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The apartment is very clean and everything is new. The bed is comfortable. They have everything you need. Also a short walk to one of the best longboard surf spots! I can't say enough good things about their place. I plan on staying there next time I come back in town.

I had a very late check in and Jennifer accommodated my needs. She was responsive and able to get me checked in even though it was very last minute and late. I appreciate her willingness to help and work with me.

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Maddi responded quickly. House was very comfortable and well located near East Beach. There was a handy small market nearby. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time! We loved our stay!! The beds, even the pull out couch, was super comfy! The condo had everything we needed!!

Everything was really great. There were spices, oil, dishwasher pods, dishwashing soap, gloves, cutlery, pots and pans, and dishware for baking and stovetop use. Couch was comfortable and fit all 7 girls. Beds were made and clean. Bathroom was clean too. There is extra supplies beneath the seat in the dining table. Beach is only a 2 minute walk. The only thing was that the floors were especially dirty. When walked on, the bottom of the feet would turn black. Other than that, house and amenities were great and Erin was responsive and helped with inquiries.

From start to finish our experience was great - Highly recommend Christy's place and would stay again.

This might be my new favorite vacation spot. Carpinteria is such a wonderful little town! Staying in this condo was a joy. It was just a few yards to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great, and all the other residents were very friendly! The condo had everything we needed and was totally ship shape. Dave was flexible when I needed to amend my booking, too. Highly recommend.
