Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

The sunny and peaceful romantic suit is 717 sf fully equiped with queen size comfy bed, big living room with comfy single sleeping sofa bed, fireplace and kitchenette, private guest's laundry room with w/d. The retreat is located on the first floor of our tri-level house with private entrance at side yard. Large wooden deck around the entire unit which surrounded by seasonal creek, you will feel like being in the forest. All the pictures you see on the list are for guests exclusive use.

Beautifully renovated and professionally designed four bedroom villa in Santa Barbara! The house is located only two houses from the beach and just a short walk from the Mesa Lane Steps beach access. Take a stroll in acres and acres of lush grounds right in your backyard with the Douglas Nature Preserve, BBQ burgers, chill at the hot tub or play ping pong- there's plenty for everyone. The 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house sleeps up to 11 and comes well equipped for a relaxing beach vacation.
