Very cozy, well-kept and clean house in the countryside. You only need to bring your own groceries. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. We felt very comfortable. The journey is along a kilometer-long unpaved road. You can reach it without an SUV. However, as in all of SA, an SUV is an advantage. We definitely can recommend the place!

What a wonderful unexpected stay. Perfectly located with breathtaking surroundings/ well planned house with everything and more you could possibly need. Probably one if the best (if not the best) air bnb’s we have ever stayed at! Will definitely be back again, if i could give you 10 starts, I would! Thank you

We had the loveliest stay at 360 on 62. The cottage is quaint and beautifully styled with antique furniture and thoughtful finishes. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub under the stars – absolutely magical! It's a great base for exploring the Langeberg area, with plenty to do nearby. The honesty shop is such a charming touch too. Highly recommended.

We loved our weekend at Malbec. The cottage is cozy and very comfortable, with everything one would need for a short stay. The fireplace in the kitchen as well as one in the lounge makes this a perfect winter getaway! We loved the cycle tracks going through all the neighbouring farms… a great way to explore this beautiful area. Thank you Jackie for being the perfect host, we’ll certainly be back!

Such a cute little cabin. Couldn’t really tell from the pictures - luckily it wasn’t too cold but the kitchen and bathroom are outside, might be more of an issue in winter. Loved the hot tub and braai and lovely farm. Some trees along the road line might help to limit the road noise. The staff were all very happy and helpful. Will come back with the godchildren to make the most of the farm! Thanks for a lovely weekend.

A Truly Magical Escape – Frog Mountain Stole Our Hearts Wow, some places truly touch your soul, and Frog Mountain is one of them. You can feel the love, care, and passion that Gabriela has poured into creating this magical retreat. Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the joy of walking up to the labyrinth and witnessing a breathtaking sunset to the pure exhilaration of squealing down the foofy slide—every moment felt special. We loved hiking to the waterfall and rock pools, immersing ourselves in nature’s beauty. Our cozy rondavel felt like a warm hug after each day of adventure. The charm of Frog Mountain extends beyond the landscapes—it’s in the horses grazing peacefully, the cows wandering the fields, and the symphony of beautiful birdsong each morning. Swimming in the river was a refreshing delight, and every corner of this place felt like a gift to the soul. We are deeply grateful

Awesome spot for 2/3 families with children, alternatively 5 couples. Lovely entertainment room and very central to shops/ restaurants and wine farms.

We had the most wonderful time away! So beautiful and peaceful as well as feeling totally private. The only issue we had was not staying long enough! The area is totally secure for your dogs to wander around with you. Only thing we had thought was that the cattle etc were closer to the property from the photos but we didn't see them which was a good thing as we then didn't need worry too much for our dog. We would definitely want to come back! For longer next time.

Great place to unwind. Comfortable living area for socializing. Nice hiking in the area. Wonderful sunsets in the valley. Pool is a bit small and doors are not well secured for windy days.

We had a wonderful stay at De Vrede - as a plantswoman myself, the garden must've been my favourite part of the whole property. Expansive, wild and prescribed a slower temporal pace I found incredibly fruitful. The cottage itself was delightful too, where we spent most of the chilly evenings by the fireplace. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!

Absolutely incredible! The spectacular mountain view is really unbeatable! The house is beautifully decorated and there's plenty space in the kitchen! It offers place to enjoy the outside as well as curl up on the inside if it rains. The little walking route on the farm was also a treat. The house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need!

The Pines is a wonderful venue for a breakaway with a group of friends or family. The old farm-style homestead is in impeccable condition, with the trappings you expect from a much more modern house. Everything was spotless, from the bedroom linens and towels, to the well equipped kitchen, and the outside area. The weather was fantastic, so most time was spent in and around the pool, on the tennis court, and in the cool quiet of the house. Do: 1. spend an early morning with fresh coffee on the stoep, waiting for the sun to start painting the glorious mountains right in front of you; 2. make communal meals and eat under the ancient trees in the afternoon and at the huge dining room table in the evenings, where our stories mingled with those that had come before us; 3. bring your - well behaved - furry friends, they will get as much from the large expanse of lawn and, since the property is fully fenced, the can explore as much as they want to; and 4. braai next to the pool. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay. Just what we were looking for. It was private and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The cottage had everything that we needed.

The house is very comfortable and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The garden is secure with lovely lawns for the kids to play. Carin is very friendly and showed us around the farm. The setting is wonderfully peaceful and private. The kids loved all the animals!

Such Beautiful cottage with large yard to enjoy well drinking your morning coffee. Staying there really added to our wonderful relaxing few days in Caledon.

Thank you Elma for Hosting my partner and his family the weekend - He loved every minute, his granddaughter had so much fun swimming with her Oupa and feeding the bunnies. He said the place was spotless the garden was lush and green, the swimming pool sparkling clean. They made good use of the pool and the outside area. Such a beautiful place. An awesome setting. The property is very well maintained. All necessary equipment or requirements fully met. Had a close encounter with a snake, which is not unexpected in the mountains. Flies a little troublesome. Again, not unexpected. Lovely pool. Would love to return in winter. Big fireplace. Would be an excellent place to write a book.

Loved the beautiful home! The home was besutiful and peaceful, we had a great time! the location was sentral and easily accessable to Witsand, Malgas and de Hoop nature reserve!
