Monthly Rentals in Mission Beach, San Diego

The hosts were very accomodating and communicative as well as the place exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, well kept, and has everything you’ll need and more. The beach and plenty of restaurants and corner stores were within walking distance. The sleeping arrangements were super comfy and clean. Snacks, water, coffee, toiletries, laundry, and beach supplies for the family were provided and made us feel taken care of. We especially enjoyed sitting by the fire at night. 10/10 recommend! My family and I are looking forward to making it an annual stay.

We had a wonderful time and stay at Dan and Bretlyn’s! Great location - lots to walk to and one block from the beachside and one block from the bayside on a cute little street. The house itself was perfect from easy checkin & checkout, clean, new amenities and nice decor, very large tv with movie apps, comfy beds, sunny living room and plenty of space for our family. The street noise can be heard when loud trucks go by but for us it was not a big deal at all. Lots of fans to drown it out if needed. We’ve stayed in a lot of SD airbnbs and this was top!! I definitely recommend!!

My wife, daughter, and I had a great stay at Kylee's North Rockaway unit. The location was tough to beat being so close to the beach with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The space is relatively small, but it had everything we needed for a nice getaway to Mission Beach. We found the shared garage space was tight (we had a standard sedan) but it was sure better than trying to find public parking. The available beach gear was an added bonus. I would recommend this unit 10/10!

Great location near downtown and Balboa Park. The space was very large for San Diego even though it’s technically a studio. Parking was a little annoying sharing a driveway or choosing 2 hour parking but I never had any issues finding a spot fyi
