What a remarkable location - and a unique way to access the tree house via boat. Berowra Waters is a stunning place, and having your own little boat tied up to the jetty to jump into for a peaceful explore of the water at any time was definitely the highlight of the stay. The house is lovely and nestled in high trees and bushland with expansive views up the river, with the afternoon sun reflecting the undulating ripples of the water onto the ceiling of the lounge room like a meditative slideshow. The indoor fire was super cosy, with plenty of wood supplied. Outdoor bath was a treat even on a cold night. It was fun to be picked up and dropped back at the marina by knowledgeable locals - very friendly and helpful. Loved every moment !

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

The Bondi Beach, Tamarama, Bronte beach area is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. After spending a week running all over Sydney, I’m so glad we stayed here instead of downtown or near the Opera House. We felt like we got a more authentic experience. Charlotte’s house has billionaire views in a cozy, easy to use place right on one of the best beach trails I’ve ever experienced. 5 of 5, I’ll dream of my next chance to stay here.

The studio is stunning! The garden is beautiful and it’s quite close to the lake! Even though the studio is attached to the house, it still feels 100% private! I was stunned by the food in the freezer that we were free to use if we wanted! That was a very thoughtful! The bed was extremely comfortable. This space has been utilised very well! we would love to rebook in the future!

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I was amazed the house had everything we needed, including a shower cap ( which I forgot) and electric blankets to keep us warm. The complimentary wine was a nice surprise on arrival. Great location in Elizabeth bay. Nice views from the balcony and living room. Easy walk to Kings Cross train station and local buses, so easy to get around. Nice local cafe on Elizabeth bay marina that’s worth checking out. Apartment is a good size, two bathrooms with one being en-suite. If you’re self catering there kitchen is good and large fridge. Victoria was a great host, proactive and helpful.

Jo and her family are lovely and welcoming. We had a great stay. It was exactly what we needed. Quiet. Peaceful. Surrounded by nature and animals. Beds were very comfortable. Jo made fresh sourdough, provided eggs and vegetables. It was a lovely unexpected touch to supporting our time there. Lovely wineries and cafe's within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s place. The place itself was stunning and it was filled with beautiful and thoughtful touches such a bottle of wine and breakfast food ready - even fresh eggs! Victoria met us and walked us through the place and even let us check out late. We’d definitely recommend this place.

Damian was a great host. He even personally came around with a spare key. The property is as described. It was very quiet. Close to good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. 2minutes walk to the Light Rail which goes down to Circular Quay. We will definitely stay again. Dianne and Kevin

I had a fabulous stay at Noel’s place. The location was incredible with the most spectacular views, a very short walk to cafes/supermarkets and a just a jump into the ocean! The unit had everything you could need, the kitchen was decked out so it was easy to cook at home and make the most of the view! Noel was great to communicate with. I’d definitely stay again with my family.

This was a great place to stay. Elvis was a great host. The unit was perfect. We all loved it. A hot tip- the cafe on the corner is awesome with great coffee. We will definitely return- such a handy spot. Close to everything that the area has to offer and also very easy to navigate to other areas of the city. Elvis should be very proud of this listing because it is one of the best places we have stayed through Airbnb.

Perfectly located, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed and good shower! Very quiet despite the central location. Great to have a car space and to be able to bring our dog. Ticks all the boxes!

Couldn't have wished for a better location, walking distance to the beach and shops. Stunning house, exactly how it had been portrayed and Samantha and Rich were very helpful and accommodating. I'd have no hesitation in returning if it was available.

Place was perfect for a short stay! Easy walk to beach and shops not too far. Place is as described, however no washing machine. Clean and clutter free. Lauren extremely helpful, responsive and accomodating.
