Alessia allowed me to check in and out at flexible times and was very responsive. the airbnb is walking distance to the beach. made for a great weekend.

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

There has been a lot of writing about difficulties with parking, zones, etc and we didn't find it that complicated. Download the EasyPark app and you can pay your parking through the app (can be paid per day and paid fee then applies throughout Gaeta, even if you change parking space). If you stay a week you can buy a parking permit which allows you to park cheaper, but that parking permit is nothing must - you can pay parking through the EasyPark app. If you do not buy a ZTL permit that allows you to park in the old town Friday and Saturday night, we could easily find parking at the wharf. Walking from the harbor where all the restaurants are located, there are quite a few stairs up to the apartment. You may need to book a table in advance to the restaurants you want to visit. There is no AC, but the apartment is in shade so the indoor temperature is pleasant. We also had a fan in the bedroom. The apartment's location is fantastic with a great view and a wonderful terrace.

It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and well-kept allowed our labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was very kind right away. Definitely a place to come back.

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Hello. If you like calm and serenity, this place is for you. Perched at 650 meters, Conca Casale offers you clean air and freshness. In this house you will be at home. Before going up, stop at a grocery store if you want to eat. Greetings.

Sergio is friendly, always ready to respond and best recommend to make your stay more than pleasant. The house is perfect, clean and with everything beyond what you need. We will return to Sergio to spend days relaxing and deepen the knowledge of Molise.

We spent relaxing two weeks at Salvatore's. The house and furnishings were as described in the listing. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next town, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool was great. All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend this house.

A beautiful experience with my family, surrounded by nature , a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Lovely friendly staff, attentive and available to meet every need. I recommend it to those who want to get away from reality for a few days

We had a pleasant stay. The listing and its surroundings perfectly match the description and photos. Our hosts were very attentive and available. the pool is very large and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. Beautiful individual parking spot. If you are looking for tranquility in a rustic place but still with a certain comfort, this is the perfect place.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

Very relaxing vacation, the exterior has ample space and very livable. The swimming pool is small but it does its job. The kitchen is well-stocked and functional. Sandra is very helpful and has recommended many activities in the area (many with discounts). A great vacation in a peaceful setting.

Simonetta is a really friendly and very attentive person, always available and available. The apartment is not missing anything, it has everything, comfortable beds and pillows. Feels like home. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away and close to all amenities. Parking space in the building. What more could you want!!!

Great place. The host was very nice, responsive and helpful with recommendations and constantly checking in. The house was very comfortable and clean, perfect for families looking to stay in this beautiful town. We had a rental car which made it easy to go around the town. The location was private and full of luscious orange and lemon trees which was definitely a very luxurious surprise for us !! Would definitely recommend holidus beautiful place to any groups or families looking to visit minturno.

Beautiful apartment with beautiful marine decorations. It is located in a street that may be difficult to understand for the first check-in, but thanks to the directions of the Host Mirko, it is much easier to find. In front there is a building under renovation but throughout the stay there were no works so no problems regarding noise. Being a few meters from the beach, it was very convenient to walk, even though we had a car. I would highly recommend it to young couples who want to have a good stay in the beautiful setting of Gaeta.

My stay at Tina’s place was absolutely wonderful. You can really feel the care and love in every little detail. The house is spotless, well-organized, super cozy, and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. It’s clear that everything was thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel comfortable. The location is also great — quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. But what truly made the difference was Tina herself. What an amazing person! Kind, attentive, always ready to help with a smile. She genuinely makes you feel at home. Plus, she even helped me with my Italian, which was incredibly kind and much appreciated! Communication was super easy and quick the whole time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I felt really welcomed and cared for. It was a very special experience that I’ll remember fondly. I highly recommend staying here!
