This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, small desk and a full size bed. The location is wonderful if you work at the lab or want to go wine tasting!

Cozy Room with "Private" Entrance, quiet neighbhd

Our cozy 1 bedroom has its own private entrance from the side yard (w/ TV). It's a 5-10 min drive from 680/880, restaurants, Walmart, Costco, Century / AMC Theaters, Newpark mall, Great Mall, Lake Elizabeth and a lot more!! Brand new outside Sink, Wifi/Modem worth $500, added :) We have an electronic key outside the door, so its truly a "private" entrance :). The room is cleaned by professional cleaners after each guest leaves and we change the bedsheets, pillow cases etc everytime!

This home has lots of light, new appliances and furniture. You are renting the entire home in the rear of the property. This is in a diverse neighborhood, with friendly Hispanic, Portuguese, Viet, Black and White neighbors, and a low crime rate. The pets in the listing are actually in the front house. The back house is pet friendly, but cleaned after each visit. There are neighborhood cats outside. Easy access to bus lines, and two major highways (101 and 280).
