Vacation rentals with beach access in Mid North Coast

We had a great stay in Christine’s unit. The surroundings were beautiful with great walking tracks, the beach, golf course and on-site restaurant and bar. Wish we could have stayed longer

What a joy it was to spend 1 night at Adele's haven. Cute, pristine clean, warm and welcoming, this gorgeous property is one of the best bnbs I have ever stayed out. I could live there! It is firmly saved in my favourites and I look forward to returning next year during my next road trip. Thanks Adele.

Our stay at Matariki was nothing short of exceptional. Our host, Julie, was warm, welcoming, proactive in her communication and quick to respond to questions. The welcome basket was great and Julie’s sourdough is worth fighting for! The location is very convenient and peaceful and the accommodation is very comfortable. This will be a return address for us … for sure.

A fantastic place to stay with family, friends and dogs! It has everything you need: lots of handy kitchen and staple pantry items, lots of spare linen, books, games, chopped firewood and strong and reliable internet! We loved the easy walk down into town and appreciated the climb back up the hill after enjoying the local cafes. Our trip was a bit touch and go due to local floods impacting access but Tim and Wendy were super helpful in keeping us updated on roads opening etc. We really enjoyed the easy going vibe of The Deck and will rebook again 😊

Vanessa’s house is amazing — it’s not like staying in a hotel at all, but in a fully furnished, welcoming home. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner kept us cozy on a chilly night. The kitchen was well-stocked, with thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge, teabags, and even a bar of chocolate waiting for us on arrival. We loved spending our evenings on the comfy couch, watching Netflix or Apple TV on the impressively large screen. A truly great spot!

Perfect location right across the road from the beach. Julie's house was comfortable & large enough for 12 people. We were 2 families with adult children & we all loved the house, the location & all the friendly locals we met. We will definitely book again.

Absolutely speechless!!! booked this for two nights with my mum and sister and all three of us could not believe how nice it was. The house is spotless with the pool area at the back feeling like a private resort. Everything you need is in the house, there's really no need to leave. Would highly recommend to anyone especially for the price.

Loved our stay at Driftwood! Perfect size and layout for our three families. We all agreed it was the perfect location as we got to enjoy the beautiful lake views and direct lake access for kayaking, while being only a short drive from a great selection of pristine beaches. We will be back!

We arrived with armfuls of groceries, two very excited dogs (Kiki and Lasso), and a group of close friends looking to hit pause. The house? Like it knew why we were there. Thoughtfully stocked, effortlessly functional, and filled with those small, generous gestures you only notice when someone really cares about how a space feels. Every utensil and saucepan ready to help us cook up a storm. Every window framing a view that made us stop mid-conversation. Evenings were lazy and golden. Mornings were soft and still. The dogs lived their best lives. So did we. This isn’t just an Airbnb—it’s a memory-making machine disguised as a beach house. Book it!

We stayed at Maria and Harry’s beautiful property for a very special and emotional farewell with our two beloved dogs. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. The space was calm, welcoming, and surrounded by nature — exactly what we needed. The property itself was incredibly well equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay as smooth and relaxing as possible. We enjoyed walks in town, visits to the beach, and quiet time in the lovely garden — creating precious memories we’ll always hold close. Maria and Harry were kind, responsive, and thoughtful hosts. We highly recommend their property to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-cared-for place to stay. Thank you for making such an important time so comforting.

This accomodation was outstanding. Great location and the unit was equipped with everything you needed including some thoughtful items like a coffee machine, condiments in the fridge to a variety of tea and coffee selections. Communication was on point with step by step instructions on how to access the unit and Mark was very reactive to emails. The outlook was amazing, listening to the sound of the waves and the sunsets ❤️. I will be back..

hosts were really lovely and even left home made cookies for arrival! Lovely clean apparentment close to the beach and walks. I didn't realise there was no oven so that was the only downside for us but it was great value for the money

Helens place was perfect for a family getaway. The heated pool area was a standout for the kids. Great facilities and easy walking distance to Port Macquarie town centre, beaches and kids park.

We were so impressed to find such beautiful accommodation that was pet friendly right in the middle of Newcastle! The accommodation was clean, aesthetically lovely, with little touches to make everything special. Keran provided everything you could possibly want or need including lovely snacks, beach towels, coffee and tea, books and much more. I would definitely recommend accommodation and will book in again and again :)
