Set on 11 acres of a traditional "Airial Landais", it now serves as a secluded retreat, offering an idyllic combination of serenity, expansive space, and utter tranquility. Here, you'll discover a peaceful sanctuary immersed in natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza only 4 km away.

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Completely refurbished, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The house is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.
