We welcome you in a charming chalet of 39m2 with a terrace of 40m2 located in a lush park bordered by the river "La petite Leyre". You are in the heart of the village of Sore. You will enjoy its shops and sports facilities by walk. You are 30 min from the vineyards the lakes of Hostens, 50 minutes from the Center Parc, the Bassin d'Arcachon and 1 H from Bordeaux and the beaches of Biscarrosse. You are ideally located to be able to do activities while being able to rest in peace.

Completely refurbished, fully equipped. This accommodation consists of a living room with open kitchen and toilet on the ground floor, and two large bay windows overlooking the garden. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and plenty of storage.

Kitchen equipped with fridge, induction stove, combined microwave oven grill, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, sofa, TV, Wi-Fi. Walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little renovated fisherman's house, bright. Close to the ocean, you will be a few meters from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in July and August our seaside resort is very lively, our little house loses its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

New house near Ocean (Landes, Vielle)

Quiet new house, fully fenced. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 2 bed 140 and 2 mezzanine in 90). Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Air conditioning. Equipped kitchen. Covered terrace. Lake / Beach 6 km away, free shuttle in summer. Numerous bike paths. Sheets, bath towels are provided for one week stays (for less they can be provided for €20 per room). Household products are provided. There is no cleaning fee, the house must be left clean.
