100% recommended. The stay was extremely quiet, the area is very quiet, almost no cars pass by at night. The air conditioning works perfectly, which was a great help because we visited Merida in the hottest season of the year. They left us a full carafe, which is very much appreciated They responded super fast, always attentive and with recommendations Overall everything was super super good and according to what was published!

The accommodation was very nice, very quiet, everything was excellent, the only bad thing was that the electricity failed, but it was solved at the time, apart from that, everything was excellent. And we also realized that at night the light is a little dimmer.

Miguel’s place was beautiful and súper Clean. My friends and I loved it and Can’t wait to be back.

The place is much better than what you see in the photos... it is in an excellent area with quick access; it is very spacious and clean and modern.

Casa Ligera is a great place near the colonial centre of Mérida, at walking distance of many nice restaurants and bars with live music. The colonial interior of the house is very tastefull and the organization of the rooms makes it very convenient for a family with older kids or two couples. The backyard with the pool makes the house an oasis of calm and rest in a busy city center. The rooms and amenities match very well with the description, and there are very detailed instructions on how to use everything 😉👍. We had a small rental SUV for our 2 week stay, so the indoor garage was a major plus. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, but still we highly appreciated the communication from Lizbeth for check-in, about cleaning and pool maintenance, and her reponsiveness for the questions we had 👏. Casa Ligera was an important factor that made our stay in Mérida and the roadtrips to Progreso, Celestun and Cenote X’Batun into a great vacation. Strongly recommended 😉👍 !!!

The apartment and Claudia's service were excellent, my family and I had a good time. The apartment is in a good location and it's a very quiet area for walking.

Our stay at Elizabeth's went very well, I have rarely seen such welcoming hosts! The city center is within walking distance and the environment is really very safe and secure, you don't feel in danger, even when you come home at night. There are shops nearby to buy food but also plenty of restaurants nearby! There is a small pool in the backyard that is very nice but especially very useful in hot weather to cool off! When we left the place, it was raining a lot, so Elizabeth's husband drove us to the bus station. Really great hosts, a great apartment, I recommend it!

An excellent place to rest and visit Mérida, everything is very clean, tidy, comfortable. Very nice kitchen and not to mention the pool, we enjoyed it very much, we hope to return soon. 100% recommended. Co-host Shauna is always attentive and provides good service.

The house is very nice and cool and it is a very central location. Mar is an excellent host and the kindest, she was always very attentive to us.

Boy, oh boy was this an amazing place! It truly felt like a destination on its own. It’s simply decorated but beautiful, CLEAN and very comfortable. I will mention that we went in June and it was 38C every day. So you stay to the rooms with AC (front room has no AC). It’s in a quiet neighborhood and a little bit of a walk to the main areas but LOTS of hidden gems around the neighborhood if you get curious enough. As two women, we felt very safe any time of day or night. I wouldn’t say the walk to the main areas would even be a problem if the weather was cooler. I spent about 2 days in the house due to a sunburn and felt so comfortable and happy. Truly comfortable and has everything you need. Karla is BEYOND helpful and kind and so sweet. She helped us with local recommendations and anything we asked her. I feel like I know her. She seems like a wonderful person, just as her house is! I would certainly stay here again and again. But next time I’ll go in a cooler month.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property for a full month, accommodating both our families and our newborn — and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our extended stay. Ricardo was beyond helpful — incredibly kind, responsive, and always just a message away with any question we had. His hospitality made the entire experience seamless. The location is perfect — just steps from Calle 47 and only a few blocks from La Plancha, with easy access to great restaurants, cafés, and local spots. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It truly felt like a home away from home.

It's a pleasure to see that Merida offers places like this in the north, so close to Lavin Avenue, within the ring road.

Excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's service was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here again.

A really lovely apartment which was a great base for our stay in Mérida. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with air conditioning throughout. The garden space was also very nice. María was a very friendly and helpful host. We really appreciated the recommendations for things to do around the city.
