Monthly Rentals in Marshall

We love it here. I wish we could bring a couple of friends with us to share the experience with, even if an air mattress or pull-out-couch would be necessary. We would probably visit more often if this was the case. The Cabin is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. I would recommend more pillows available for the bedroom, as we found it a bit hard to get comfy. A clean & visible sponge or half sponge would increase confidence in dish cleanliness, especially because previous guests are responsible for cleaning their own dishes before we arrive. Our hosts are angels & we love coming here. A few small updates could make the experience much better. We’ll be back if we’re welcome!

I, my fiancee, and my parents stayed here for my son’s graduation from Purdue. Finding reasonably priced accommodations in or around Lafayette for events is impossible, so I found this gem of a property only 55 minutes from campus. The drive into West Lafayette is on empty back roads through beautiful farmland. This would also be a great place to stay with a group for a football game. The cabin was perfect for us and there was room for more people if we had them. Comfortable and quaint as a country cabin should be. Well appointed and equipped. The property is astonishing, the flowers and gardens and landscaping is gorgeous. You’re surrounded by forest and the peace and quiet is palpable. We loved sitting on the covered patio and by the fire pit. The river is just down the hill, but I didn’t have time to fish…we saw lots of fish in there! We will be back when my son graduates from his grad program in a couple of years!

Teri and Dave were wonderful hosts. They made sure there were toys for our toddler and Teri was so sweet and introduced herself. My son loved the playground and chickens. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Couldn’t be more happy with our stay!! Absolutely the most beautiful cottage; with everything you need but for me, the most important thing of all when vacationing with my young children is how clean the airbnb is— this place was absolutely pristine!!!!! After a 13 hour drive, we felt like we walked into a slice of heaven. We CANNOT wait to come back!!!!! Because of this home, Lake holiday has the most special place in our heart!❤️
