Deena’s place is a must-stay! Felt like home. Deena was a great host and helped accommodate our late check-in and early checkout. She went the extra mile to have our breakfast packed to go for our super early checkout.

Susan and her boyfriend were amazing hosts. Very welcoming and accommodating. They helped with directions to Yosemite which was very very helpful. Made me feel right at home and very safe. Invited me to eat with friends, made me breakfast and packed me travel snacks. I left wishing I had more time there and as though I had made a new friend.

One of the best places in our trip in California. The house is so wonderful, integrated to the nature. Away from noise and agitation. Spacious room, beautiful landscape. We cooked every evening and the hosts were happy to help. The swimming pool and spa at sunset and under the stars were amazing. The pets were so friendly. I spent so time with a cat on my knees. Last but not least: the hosts. Mary Ann and Robert are full of kindness. Their warm welcome, the helpful tips, their need to share made us feel at home. We are so thankful. I did not mention the breakfast. After a quiet night, Rob serves you a so delicious breakfast so you're ready to hike in Yosemite the hole day. I definitely recommend 👌

We absolutely loved Teresa’s place. Rick and Teresa made us feel at home. The bathroom and the room was both tidy, clean and comfortable. We had really great sleeps here. :) we left the house early each morning and she prepared us breakfast box to go. Even before arrival Teresa sent us every info about the trails in Yosemite and any questions we had she answered in no time. Would return again!

It was such a nice stay with a familiar atmosphere and a great breakfast!

Beautiful room and property. Water pressure in the shower was really nice as was the packed breakfast before heading out early to Yosemite. If you want to cook - be sure to note you can use the outside barbecue but not the kitchen.

Such a pleasure to stay with Bill and Nancy. The accommodations were charming, spotless and spa-like. They were both such interesting people- we enjoyed our conversations.

Deborah's place was exactly what I needed: remote, quiet, peaceful. Squirrels, rabbits, wild turkeys wander out side. The accommodations were spacious qnd well equipped. The little thoughtful touches felt like home. The grounds around the house/Airbnb are well maintained and delightful to go sit in different spots for becoming one with with nature. Bob & Mary’s bed & breakfast is an absolute dream. Each room is situated off a courtyard and has its own entrance. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed super comfy. The grounds are exquisite and the pool was an especially delightful treat...we sipped wine and watched the sunset from it. Bob & Mary are consummate hosts and we really enjoyed talking to them. So much love and attention has been put into this place and it really shows. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in a retreat like setting this is it!

Sunny was so warm and welcoming and so were her pets! She was very communicative and just a phone call away. This was the perfect respite I needed from life in the Bay Area. This location is quite remote and in the country but close enough to a very cute downtown with lots of shops and friendly people.

The house is one of the closest to the south entrance of the park and therefore a few minutes from the giant redwoods. The “bubble room” is very nice with a beautiful view of the forest at the back of the house. A small room serves as a private living room and is very convenient. Betty gave us a very warm welcome and made our experience at Yosemite optimal thanks to all her wise and personal advice. Passionate about the national park, the walls are adorned with beautiful photos. Betty is busy preparing a breakfast that will please you. A very good place that we would definitely recommend.

Rob and Mary Ann were AMAZING! We stayed the weekend where everything started to close down in California and it was a strange and awkward time. They were still kind, hospital, and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!

Sunny Rae’s home was the perfect place to stay for going to Yosemite. She had a cleaning lady come before I had arrived, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned to her standards, so Sunny cleaned it herself. I really appreciated that. The towels were soft and of course, clean as were the linens. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable so I slept well! She made a delicious omelette from the eggs her chickens lay. I also got to meet Bella, her sweet boxer, the horses and the outdoor cats and kittens. What a treat if you like animals. Sunny is a warm and kind hearted person that cares about her guests’ stay. It was quite an experience, so I would definitely come back to stay at Sunny’s. She welcomes you into her home like family.

Anne was the best host! Responding timely and going above and beyond for our stay. The place is beautiful, clean and so peaceful. Worth the 30-45 minute drive into the park. We also appreciated the breakfast food/fruit included. Truly amazing property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Horizon by Yosemite, the place is beautifully designed and the location is phenomenal. The valley and sunset views are breathtaking and the place is incredibly peaceful. We found the one-hour drive to Yosemite Valley to be completely worth it, especially considering the high quality of the accommodation. Both bedroom/bathroom and communal areas were impeccably clean, and the breakfast/snacks provided were just perfect. Anne is a great and friendly host, her instructions for amenities and self-check-in/out were very clear and communication was always quick. We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing time while staying at Horizon, everything was even better compared with the description. Very clean, quiet, private and enjoyable place to stay. If you're looking a place where you can disconnect from everything, and still have a modern, cozy and convenient place close to Yosemite, this is your place. We'd definitely look for a next time to stay at Horizon, very recommended.

Amazing location for accessing Yosemite coupled with the beautiful property itself. The Glacier room is on the far end of the property and feels most private, it also has a outdoor globe that would be lovely to relax in(we didn’t as it was very warm out). The bed is the comfiest we’ve ever had in an Air BnB. Takes about 30 mins to drive to El Portal, and another 30 to get to Curry Village. We left very early to access the park so the breakfast that was prepared by Horizon in advance was a great touch, and very welcome. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for accommodation to either access Yosemite, or for just a place to unwind and relax
