Cottage vacation rentals in Manitou Springs

The Sun Mountain Cottage was so cozy, convenient and cute! This is a great location if you’re wanting a mountain view and visiting Garden of The Gods and Pikes Peak. With the chilly nights we got to relax in the hot tub after a day of adventuring, which was the perfect way to vacay! Beth was very responsive and her place was perfect for us:)

This property was perfect for a stay in Green Mountain Falls. It’s situated right in the small downtown across from the lake with easy access to the main road. Everything was great with my experience there and I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed staying at The Cottage. It was quaint and had everything you would need for a stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and WiFi was reliable (I was with someone who had to be online everyday). We didn't use the hot tub or grill, but they looked nice. The remote location was a surprise given that it's a 5 minute drive from Manitou. There were other guests in the main cabin but they were friendly when we saw them out walking. We did see a bear trying to get into the dumpster but he was just looking for a snack and didn't pay us any attention. I will recommend this spot to others and would stay again. My only wish for The Cottage was a small fenced in area for the dog on a portion of the patio. Would have been nice for her to enjoy some of that fresh mountain air without having to be on leash the whole time.

One of the best stocked places I’ve stayed! All the necessary kitchen supplies as well as cleaning. Lots of games and stuff to do, and the place is taken care of very nicely!

We brought our adult kids for a weekend away from it all and it celebrate my husband's birthday. The location of the home is great (we didn't leave the whole time). All kitchen tools and appliances made it easy to make all of our meals here. the hot tub was fabulous and so peaceful! Brittany was very responsive (very quickly) with the couple of questions I had sent. In addition, one of our family members left an item in the bedroom. Brittany was so helpful in making sure that item was shipped back to us right away! That was so appreciated! We would definitely stay here again, without hesitation!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable Airbnb nestled in the hills of Palmer Lake, Colorado! The peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true escape, and every detail of the home radiated warmth and positivity—from the vibrant colors to the thoughtful decor. The hot tub and sauna were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the overall vibe of the place was just so inviting and cozy. It’s clear the hosts poured love into creating a relaxing and happy space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, feel-good getaway!

A quiet cabin, equipped with all things you could need. Pots, pans, utensils, toilet paper, towels. Water does not have the country water smell or taste, shower has good water pressure for a cabin. Turn onto Portland Dr. and save yourself 20 minutes leaving and arriving. Bed was comfy, no AC, but mountain air does you just fine! Watched the birds eat out of their bird feeders, and observed some deer. Great place, would stay again.

For the price this was so perfect and lovely. If possible we’ll be rebooking.

I want to tell both everyone, and no one, about this place!!!! Easy entry, super private, perfect size to cozy up and get some writing done, a woodburner that loves to work, zero sound by dark, private spaces to sit outside. , Jelena and Marc were dog accommodating too! Our CO wildlife are up close and personal here, so if your puppers are HONESTLY unfamiliar/trained for it, a helpful tip, you should keep a leash on them in the yard. Nature will happen here, year round! Especially with the mule deer paths in the yard! It's glorious to watch mere feet away. A true gem!

Such a lovely place. It was cozy, clean, private and I loved all the updated appliances. The ceilings were high enough for a person over 6 foot too!

The place was everything I needed as a solo traveler! There were some weather issues ahead of my visit, but Melanie gave me a heads up so I could be prepared. Had a great time there!

the cabin was so clean and comfortable. the beds were ridiculously comfortable. matt is really responsive and caring. be aware that the driveway is steep and can be icy during the winter months. the rest of the year, it’s fine. i hope i get to stay again someday.

Me and my fiancé stayed the weekend to celebrate 420 and had a blast. Great location to Old Colo City, Pikes Peak, and other things around. I would recommend staying at James’ house.

This place was clean, cozy, and had absolutely everything we needed—from sandwich bags to shampoo, conditioner, and even a blow dryer. The attention to detail was impressive. Anytime we saw the owners, they were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I even messaged them once for restaurant recommendations, and they replied right away with plenty of great options. Great price, great place, and great hosts. Highly recommend!

What a great “home” to celebrate a USAFA graduation and wedding week! Julie was very attentive and responsive. The adorable home was very well-stocked and is in a great location with easy walks to the walking trail and downtown Monument. Thank you for helping to make our week wonderful!

This a really well-appointed property with a very responsive host, making for a very comfortable and stress-free stay. The outdoor patio area was a big plus! Just perfect for 1-4 people who don't mind sharing a bathroom (door separates toilet/shower from sink area). Great info/instructions on everything in the cottage and local recommendations for hiking and dining. The ice cream shop next door is great as is the deli/sandwich shop across the street. A few other good-looking dining options within walking distance, including a more upscale restaurant. Groceries and liquor store are less than a mile away. Be sure to check out Daryl's artist studio behind the cottage! We will not hesitate to recommend this property to others and to book again if in the area. This stay exceeded expectations. The photos don’t do justice to the beautiful outdoor area! We had a fantastic time visiting Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and just relaxing at the house. We came with two littles (a three year old and five month old) and after communicating with Jennifer about what would be helpful, she stocked us with the perfect children’s items. If we are ever back in the area, I would not hesitate to book again!

The cottage was absolutely perfect. As a solo traveler, it had everything I needed. The location was near to many things such as Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay again.
