Quirky well loved little place with everything you could possibly need from every kitchen utensil imaginable to mosquito deterrents and from needle and thread to cotton buds!!! A lovely helpful and friendly family. Ivanka even made us pancakes spread with Nutella and John took us to the bus station with our luggage. The bedding and towels were of very good quality and the bed very comfortable so we slept very well. Less than 5 minutes walk to the old town and many restaurants but the walk back up to the apartment is quite steep…..great leg workout though. We enjoyed our stay in lovely Omiš and the very lovely family we stayed with.

Находились в пути из Черногории в Италию. Нужно было быстро найти ночлег. Хозяин отозвался сразу. Отвечал на все поставленные вопросы быстро и доступно. Жилье соответствует описанию и цене. Всем остались довольны. Наши апартаменты находились на четвертом этаже . Единственная трудность была для нас, занести тяжелые вещи. Парковка находилась под окнами. Большое спасибо хозяевам.

We had the most amazing stay at Sanja’s apartment! She was so helpful and friendly coming to meet us on arrival and gave us lots of local recommendations which was really helpful. The apartment was perfect and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, and had a beautiful view of Hvar! We would definitely love to come back and stay here ☺️

Gorąco polecam pobyt wakacyjny w tym apartamencie. Kate jest bardzo miła, przywitała nas osobiście, podczas przywitania podarowała nam pyszne chorwackie czekoladki. Apartament ma klimatyzowany pokój, klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze dzięki czemu można było odetchnąć po całodniowym skwarze. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, ma duży balkon, z którego widać morze. Apartament jest w pełni wyposażony (talerze, sztućce, garnki, patelnie, kieliszki). Łazienka jest z prysznicem, wszystko działa bardzo dobrze. Z apartamentu jest do plaży ok. 10 minut wolnym tempem, zejście jest po schodach lub okrężną drogą. Tuż przy plaży są dwie dobre restauracje. Do najbliższego sklepu i piekarni jest 5 minut w stronę plaży. Trochę dalej bo ok. 20 minut idzie się do słynnej plaży Punta Rata ale moim zdaniem warto, bo idzie się wzdłuż plaży pięknym deptakiem a po drugie na Punta Rata jest super czysta woda no i widok na słynny kamień w wodzie. Chętnie wrócę do apartamentu Kate.

Frano was super responsive and flexible with my check in. The appt is in the perfect location, it's quiet at night and is surrounded by amazing restaurants. The appt was easy to find and made the perfect base for city exploring.

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati super bene, il posto era meraviglioso e molto pulito. Yolanda e la sua famiglia sono stati da subito super disponibili e molto cordiali. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We had a fantastic stay in the house of Sanja. The location is unbeatable, a couple of minutes away both from the walking path to the Blue lake and the main square of the town with many bars. It is possible to do kayaking less than 10 minutes away with the car. Our children adored the dog (Masa) and three cats (Zivko, Missy and Johnny) while we were enjoying a very pleasant and tranquil garden under fig and cherry trees. Sanja is such a pleasant host and I felt sad to leave the place. In sum, I can only echo the previous positive reviews and I highly recommend this house!

Logement conforme aux attentes, dans un environnement calme et proche des commerces et restaurants/bars à pieds. Anita est très attentionnée et hyper réactif aux demandes . Je recommande à 200% cette location.

Das Haus entsprach perfekt der Beschreibung ... Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt... Podstrana ist ein perfekter Ort, um Ruhe und schöne Landschaft zu finden. Der Strand ist perfekt zu 5-10 min zu Fuß zuerreichen. Sind als eine Familie mit klein Kindern verreist. Das Haus ist kinderfreundlich und sehr sauber. Es ist an alles gedacht. Ich kann dieses Haus und Damira wärmstens empfehlen.

The house is very cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. Marija is a great hostess, very warm and pleasant. We had the cottage in the immediate vicinity, yet always had our privacy. We usually saw each other briefly in the evening when we sat outside the cottage. We enjoyed talking about our excursions, for which Marija gave us great recommendations. We were able to contact Marija at any time if necessary. We only took advantage of this offer once, when we were missing a little something while cooking; she was standing in front of our door less than 5 minutes later. She also gave us fresh basil, which she picked for us in the garden, and a large bowl of her own peppers to go with our meal. Super nice! By the way: in the kitchen we found the finest olive oil (homemade of her family) which we were expressly allowed to use. We can recommend Marija and her apartment without reservation, we felt very comfortable and we will certainly not be the only ones. 😉

We hebben ontzettend genoten tijdens onze 3 dagen op Hvar in deze Airbnb! Het uitzicht was top, de studio bevatte alles wat je nodig hebt, de locatie was top en de host was err behulpzaam en aardig! Je loopt zo de stad en haven van Hvar in! Zeker een aanrader voor een paar dagen op Hvar!

Ottima esperienza, la casa è bellissima e molto pulita. La terrazza magnifica e l’host Andreja si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto velocemente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Spiagge bellissime nelle vicinanze. Consigliatissimo!

We had an amazing stay at Ivana’s place ! The location was incredible — not too far from the old town (by car) while being intimate and absolutely beautiful. Ivana was responsive, helpful, and so kind. We had access to a paddle board, beach, and beach chairs. There’s a hotel restaurant and grocery store a few minutes by foot from the Airbnb. Overall, can’t recommend enough — you’ll get your money’s worth .

Wij waren met zijn drieën hier voor 3 nachten. Hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad. Alles was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wir waren Anfang Mai ca 10 Tage hier und es war wunderbar. Sanja und ihr Mann sind super herzliche Menschen und haben uns in ihrem Haus wie Freunde aufgenommen. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern (sehr sauber, und sehr gut ausgestattet), der Garten noch schöner :). Es war so erholsam, morgens auf der Terrasse umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Blüten und mit Blick auf Meer und Berge zu frühstücken. Die Lage ist super, nahe am Zentrum von Makarska und doch sehr privat. Das Zentrum, schöne Strände und Wanderwege sind alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

I had a great stay at Marko’s apartment! The place was very neat, clean, and exactly as described. Marko was a wonderful host—communication was smooth and prompt, and everything I requested was provided without any issues. It’s clear he puts a lot of care into making sure guests have a comfortable experience. I fully recommend this place to any travelers looking for a reliable and pleasant stay!

Our stay was amazing. Squeaky clean apartment, great location and friendly hosts. Highlight of our visit was the garden and the jacuzzi. We had our own table where we had our meals, the table was in shade the whole day. Apartment has two AC units but we didn’t use any because it has stone walls that keep the space cool any time of the day. Would recommend and visit again!

Séjour parfait chez Mario. Sa femme nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée et nous a fourni pleins de bonnes recommandations de restaurants et des conseils très pratiques pour les lieux à visiter aux alentours. L’environnement extérieur est magnifique, et l’appartement est parfait pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Vous avez tout le nécessaire pour être autonome, et dispose d’une double terrasse, pour profiter soit à l’ombre, soit au soleil. Je recommande !

We had a lovely stay at Ivan’s beautiful property. He was very helpful and responsive all throughout our stay. The apartment is very modern, and very clean. The location is a little bit out of the city, but taxis are cheap and always available. The only con was that the bedrooms did not have air conditioning and there wasn’t enough fans for each room. Overall we had a great stay, and this is a hidden gem to accommodate 10 people for a great price in a lovely location.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, dans un appartement très propre et bien équipé, avec un balcon offrant une belle vue sur la mer. Il est possible de se garer facilement devant le logement. Natalija nous a très bien accueillis avec des surprises à l'arrivée (thé, café, boissons fraîches, liqueur) et un gâteau fait maison, merci ! La localisation est très bien pour profiter de la plage (accessible à pieds) et des restaurants. Makarska est une jolie ville et un bon point de départ pour les excursions en bateau. Nous recommandons ce logement très agréable et remercions Natalija pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.

Un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé, calme et spacieux. Anamarija et Tino sont très sympathiques et disponibles, ils ont été d’une précieuse aide, Merci pour tout ! 🤍
